Stayed here for two nights. Clean hotel with great location. Minimalistic breakfast. I was hoping for a bit more.. . Fair with a 3 star rating. PS: stay away from the restaurant Miniera D'oro next door. Fraud.

Literally 100m from centrale station, this hotel overlooks piazza duca aosta, aptly named. We were warmly greeted by concierge who made us feel at home, checking us in and providing a map and the WiFi password, breakfast times and all necessary information to enjoy our stay. The room provided overlooked the station itself, which is a beautiful sight! And even... More

After traveling for over 34 hours (flight delays) we FINALLY arrived at this comfortable hotel. It was very easy to find coming out of Milan Centrale train station, check-in was easy and the staff was friendly and accommodating. After we figured out that you have to have the key in the slot by the light switch for the electricity (lights,... More

As a part of my Euro Trip I was here for one night in 10 July 2015. We find this hotel is very closer to the Milano Central Railway Station. It's about 80 to 90 meters from the station. Good staff with behaviour attractive room fittings. Wifi is also good. I recommend this hotel for all tourist...

Located right next to Milan central station so you can easily take M2 or M3 subway lines to visit the rest of the city. The central station itself is huge and filled with stores including some very good restaurant/cafe and a supermarket for all your water bottle purchases. My room was tiny but that did not bother me. Bed sheets,... More

The room is a good size, comfortable and clean. The bathroom is fitted out well and clean. Easy access for the station. Close to some restaurants and bars. The staff were not too friendly which is a shame as they are your first impression when you arrive. Ideal hotel for a night stop over as we have done. Good breakfast

Hotel was easy to find from the Station and nice and clean . A mix up with the booking meant we only had single room? However the domestic lady gave us extra pillows . Front desk could do with a smile . Breakfast is good and restaurants around the block are friendly a good one is La Baita end of... More

This turned out to be a fine hotel, with one glaring exception. The facilities were nice, the price was attractive for downtown Milan, and the location (near the train station) was ideal. It is not overly fancy, but it is a delightful base for exploring a great city. The one caveat: the day time desk clerk on duty hen we... More

We'd spent three days in Milan before heading off to the Lakes for a few days. We knew we were coming back for a night before we caught an early train, so scoped out the closest hotel to the station when first in Milan. We decided on this one as it was perfect. Literally across the road. Room comfortable, no... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
