The Sanpi is a well run, smart hotel, with excellent standards, nice rooms and a good breakfast offer. There were hundreds of African migrants just 'hanging around' and serving no useful purpose. The manager that I spoke to about this gave me a 'politically correct' response, about it being a multicultural area, which isn't a lot of use when you... More

An excellent hotel, truly efficient, with a beautiful garden that offers an oasis of calm in the heart of Milano. For dinner, the staff recommended Il Carpaccio across the street... excellent food, amazing ambience. What made the Sanpi outstanding for us was the staff. We had a delay in obtaining our tickets to La Scala --- they arrived just 60... More

This is a city hotel. There are city noises even on a quiet side street like this one the garbage must be collected and deliveries made. Travel with earplugs. They cost $1. This is Italy. The rooms are small. Get over it. This is Hotel Sanpi. The service is superior. Enjoy it. They reception staff makes good dining recommendations and... More

good hotel, clean and comfortable room. Every day clean towels. delicious and complete breakfast buffet. fantastic cocktails in the beautiful hotel garden. we had a room at the front and it was pretty noisy with sounds from the street that went on all night.

I stayed at Hotel Sanpi during a business trip and was so pleased with it that I'm already looking at dates to return with my partner for a weekend trip. Highlights for me included - stunning room decor, very professional staff, feeling of decadence, great breakfast and the location superb! Closest airport is Milan Lanate.

Stayed here while on a short shopping escape. Staff were extremly helpful accomadating and friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful. Breakfast was very tasty. The only downside was that my room was a bit small but it didnt really affect me. Location good as it is within walking distance of Central train station and the fashion district.

My wife and I had 5 nights bed and breakfast here on our first visit to Milan. We paid a little extra for a superior room and had a balcony overlooking the courtyard garden. The room and facilities were comfortable and stylish. The breakfasts were buffet-style and plentiful with good range of choices. The cocktail bar was small but comfortable... More

I stayed at Hotel Sanpi from the 24th February for 4 nights while in Milan for business. I found it conveniently located between Stazione Centrale and the centre of Milan. I felt very well looked after by everyone at the hotel. Although my room was a bit small, it was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and both... More

I spent almost two weeks in Sanpi hotel travelling for buisiness. Overal it was pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, though it is quite on the back of the main street and the immediate surrounding might not be very pleasant. The first week I was staying in the really tiny room, but the second week I got bigger room.... More

our last two nights in Italy before home to Australia. walked from stazione centrale and did not get lost! delightful (and handsome, my wife observed) staff advised where to go and how to get there. easy walk to piazza duomo and surrounding shops/buildings, with tram travel return; bella! a lovely and unique hotel. enjoyed the room and breakfasts. ciao bella.
