The reception staff where NOT the friendliest. They were NOT rude either, just indifferent! You have to pay for the wi-fi??? 1 euro per hour?????? Shame. They have renovated the common areas and the ground floor but NOT the rest of the hotel. Was also a bit pricy for what we got.

The location is close to the metro and you'll have no concerns getting where you need to go. Keep in mind that it is a euro an hour for wifi, something basically any hotel provides free of any additional charge, and phone calls are also a euro a minute I believe. Though it says air conditioning is included, the hotel... More

Very clean and great convenient location. Close to metro and shopping and nice restaurants. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Good breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked weeks in advance and then needed to add a night and the rates dropped drastically for the extra night the week before I arrived. Easy access to all... More

hotel is on a great location, close to a shopping area and the metro but nothing special. Which isn't necessary for this price. Breakfast is great, and very tasty cappuccino's and espresso machiato's (and a very friendly guy who makes them). The rooms are very clean but very noisy, the walls are thin and i sometimes had the feeling our... More

The staff was polite and helpful, the rooms small but clean and quiet. It is near the metro station. The hotel is under renovation though and the stairs and corridors are a bit neglected and old. Hope they are soon renovated, too.

The hotel is central, close to shopping and the Duomo and the hotel was very clean too. However the rooms were too small and even though we opted for an upgrade to a superior room, there was nothing superior about the room. I'd hate to think what the standard room was like. To top it all our complaint was met... More

The most important part when you arrive to any hotel around the world is the friendly and smiling welcome , maybe more than any thing else , unfortunately, this was hard to find when me and my family arrived to this hotel , they showed no help or welcoming sign , exactly as you arrived a jail or military camp... The income hall looks so beautiful, so we expected a lot from this place, but the rooms are outdated, the staff was unfriendly and breakfast was poor. We wouldn't recommend going to this place. It also is quite a walk from the town center, but we knew that one in advance, so we were prepared with good shoes.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights in mid September and although the hotel is not terrible, it wasn't a pleasant experience. I'lll list the positives / negatives below: NEGATIVES * I was in a single room - the bed was very narrow. Also if you are taller than me - 183cm - then your feet will be dangling... More
