This hotel has a lovely location, excellent staff, friendly and extremely hard-working. Rooms are very clean, nice to have clean towels every day. Tasty breakfast, all in all fantastic value for your money and worth to take a visit!

The hotel is conveniently located near a train station (Lima) that takes you directly (4 stops) to the city center (Duomo). It has an Italian restaurant in front and many shops and cafes surrounding. The hotel is very small and only the lobby and common areas are renovated. The rooms are outdated and very small. I traveled with kids so... More

In a business that requires people to be nice.... these people are just plain out NASTY! From the second I walked in and said hello with no reply from the receptionist, no offer to help with luggage, much less help. Then telling us that our toddler has an extra astronomical fee per day... Of course they have ours backs against... More

Recommended by a friend, but having read some of the reviews was unsure of what to expect. Experience surpassed expectations! Leopoldo, his wife, son Andrea, Tamara at the front desk and all other staff with whom we were in contact certainly contributed to making our group's short visit to Milan memorable and enjoyable......possibly a case of being met in the... Reception staff spoke English but not welcoming and unfriendly. The room was fantastic but so noisy I could not sleep. The Bathroom was so small you had to slide your legs under the sink to sit on the loo. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast is in the basement with no windows and low ceiling. Staff not great and no... More

Worse experience ever! Bathrooms disgusting, and so was the rest of the room. The staff and owners are mean, no courtesy at all. They mistreat their guests. Don't ever go there. Ever! There are so many nicer hotel around corso buenos aires. This is the worst place, they should not be in the hospitality business!

Reception is not very welcoming but quick and recently renovated with old fashioned motor bikes as decoration. Room big, a double single use, shower tiny, i am slim and could not move, noisy fan in bathroom and to turn off you need to turn light off then it takes about 5 minutes to turn off. The toilet could have been... More

Travelled with five others and our room was cozy, warm and clean. The toilet and shower was clean with extra towels. All the receptionists we met were very nice and pleasant. We could have had stayed for a week no problem. The hotel was near the train station by taxi (€10). We all enjoyed our one night stay.

Stayed in a twin room for 3 nights for €300 and a €24 tourist tax on checking out. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The people who gave bad reviews - were they expecting The Bulgari for the same price? Probably! I recommend this hotel with no reservations. The room was clean and the breakfast excellent.
