Just stayed there mid August 2014. I rate as 5 stars as it did what it said on the tin. Incredibly clean and well presented. Great staff. Receptionist Tamarah was very very helpful with directions, local info, and recommended us to a very nice restaurant that was a great experience. Insaltarino or something like that, which for €20 a head... More

Serena is not top luxury hotel, but is it has what is required for a short stay. The rooms are neither big nor small - size is right for the money. Unfortunately, the WIFI was not free of charge and if you paid for 1 hour then the connection was slow. The hotel definitely win because of location - very... More

This hotel is located on Corso Buenos Aires and pretty close to a most of popular shops and boutiques. Railstation Milano Centrale in 15 minutes walk. Underground stations in 3-5 minutes walk. 20-30 minutes and you are near Duomo in a historical center of Milan - place you really "must see". Rooms (i took standart room) are small but still... More

We stayed two nights with two small children (8 and 6) in this hotel, in summer to visit Milan. Good location just out of the old centre, on a quieter side street of the bustling Corso Buenos Aires, close to the Metro, and some walks from the tram. The hotel has a cooperation with a garage just around the corner,... More

Part of the problem was the misleading images posted when we booked the hotel showing only their best room, which we did end up getting once we saw the closet they tried to put 3 people in. I have stayed in European hotels and I know how they are. The rooms were almost falling apart with creaking floors and head... More

Will remember from the happy and friendly coffee making man serving breakfast. Hotel is very close the metro subway and close by nice shops. Breakfast was average and rooms very also little above average. We much mutual balcony with neighbor room.

Nice hotel close to metro and right in the middle of some of the best shopping area ever. No shortage of restaurants, all budgets catered for close by. Our family room was lovely, very spacious and a great layout. Breakfast was excellent each morning.

This is the perfect hotel, if you fancy having a fat old man named Leopold strutting around proclaiming ownership of the hotel and fussing people around. He is, in his words, an "esteemed businessman". Sure, more like delusional concierge with self-esteem issues and a penchant for shoving lies down peoples' throats to boost his own sense of self-worth. Any tool... More

Location is just great (1km from Centrale and just a few steps from many public transport possibilities (underground, bus, tram, etc.). Cleaniness is about average, no big surprises. We got an answer to all our questions from the receptionists - and we had many :) They gave us maps, instructions what so ever. Some of them were not very polite... More

Have stayed in Milan numerous times this was by far the most discourteous hotel staff experience I have had in Italy Not one word of welcome warmth or hospitality as I was leaving I was asked not to wait in front of the hotel with my children despite that there was no bell service what so ever or any bench....
