Flew into Milan and picked this hotel based on location to train station as we were leaving the following day via train. Pleasantly surprised with hotel...clean room, comfortable bed...just what we needed for a quick stay.

Stayed for one night three days ago. A very rude owner/reception manager refused to give a city map from the block sitting in front of him. Instead he handed out a map that showed only the area around the duomo, the area of the hotel was not part of that map. The hotel is several blocks away from the duomo... More

Stayed here for two days with friends while visiting Expo Milano. The hotel is very well suited for this purpose as it is only a ten minute walk to Piazza Republica, and then a NordItalia train to Expo, with the ticket costing just 5€ return! The hotel itself is very clean and with all creature comforts. My room was on... More

Ground Floor Room 007, no view and very bad ventilation, broken shower screen, cold tile floor. can't image if stay in winter, the worst things are power cut off in middle of night and after 10am without any notice! Staff not friendly, even they wish good morning but no smile on face. Heard a hotel guest complaint about mosquito in... More

Staying here, the room and location is fantastic, just off from a main shopping street. Great/cheap room with a safe and lovely en-suite bathroom. Very clean. Amazing. Food is great, coffees are made fresh to order and breakfast is awesome. The staff are pig ignorant. Not friendly and unapproachable. So we try to avoid them but we still get horrible... More

Had a really terrible experience here. The man who is chubby, middle aged, and has facial hair (I believe) is EXTREMELY racist. I don't usually complain about these kinds of but experiences but holy crap was it bad. First off, this was our first time EVER in Italy -we don't know how things run here so we wanted to ask... The spot is ok. Rooms are not too clean, we found hairs and dust. Beds are uncomfortable and front desk personnel show some really bad attitudes. Our bathroom needed remodeling and we have nasty stains in the shower and on the floor. The worst part is that is loud. Stay somewhere else, in particular if you are looking for customer... More

As one of our principal needs when travelling is to be central and quiet. this was good. Room fine, clean and tidy, small shower cubicle but did the job. Staff very good, no language problems, arrived very late, asked for bottled water, supplied with a smile. breakfast typical buffet, excellent proper coffee, breakfast staff good too, rooms cleaned daily, no... Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
