Will remember from the happy and friendly coffee making man serving breakfast. Hotel is very close the metro subway and close by nice shops. Breakfast was average and rooms very also little above average. We much mutual balcony with neighbor room.

Nice hotel close to metro and right in the middle of some of the best shopping area ever. No shortage of restaurants, all budgets catered for close by. Our family room was lovely, very spacious and a great layout. Breakfast was excellent each morning.

This is the perfect hotel, if you fancy having a fat old man named Leopold strutting around proclaiming ownership of the hotel and fussing people around. He is, in his words, an "esteemed businessman". Sure, more like delusional concierge with self-esteem issues and a penchant for shoving lies down peoples' throats to boost his own sense of self-worth. Any tool... More

Location is just great (1km from Centrale and just a few steps from many public transport possibilities (underground, bus, tram, etc.). Cleaniness is about average, no big surprises. We got an answer to all our questions from the receptionists - and we had many :) They gave us maps, instructions what so ever. Some of them were not very polite... More

Have stayed in Milan numerous times this was by far the most discourteous hotel staff experience I have had in Italy Not one word of welcome warmth or hospitality as I was leaving I was asked not to wait in front of the hotel with my children despite that there was no bell service what so ever or any bench.... We stayed here for 1 night before move to Florence, hotel is fins, walking distance to the subway and not too much far from the train station. The hotel decoration is lovely and room is clean. Breakfast is simple.

Stayed for 2 nights. Friendly personnel. Booked hotelroom for 3 people, were there with 2 (because of cancellation) so room was spacious for 2. Close to big shopping street and 20 minutes to Duomo. Room is fine but our toilet missed the upper half. Breakfast is ok, not a lot of choices but good enough. Lobby is beautiful. Big plus:... More

We stayed in Serena for 3 nights in May. The hotel is fine, we wanted to stay close to the center of Milano and not far from the train station. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The service was ok, at reception there was this very nice young lady receptionist who was very helpful and smiley. Breakfast was... More

Clean hotel. Conveniently located near Lima metro station. Very good service, and very friendly staff who speak good English. Buffet breakfast includes cappucinos, and other coffee drinks. Some renovation underway. Bathrooms in renovated rooms are much nicer than most small European hotels.

Very good location for exploring Milan. Close to central station. Really nice neighbourhood, calm and not noisy. Pretty close to good restaurants and wine road (recommend for a nice glass of wine). Small rooms but clean. No fridge and no proper shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was ok. WiFi to purchase by the hour for 1euro.
