Stayed at Dei Cavaleri early October, 2014. Big Mistake. Very rude at the reception desk. Room just Ok certainly not 4 star and so so noisy .... cars hooning around in the early hours of the morning, people screaming and not to forget the screeching of the trams every 4mins 24 hours a day. Would never stay there again.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city. However, it is not clean( imagine that i enter to the room and i had to ask for the bathroom cleaning) and no any home signal to feel more comfortable or relaxing!

beside of the good location and ok breakfast - nothing good to tell! the service is bad (even don't answering the e-mails and the reception phone), it isn't clean, the beds are not-comfortable, no prking (just 3-4 minuts from there with 25 Euro per day!). the hotel is very expensive, and shouldn't be 4 stars hotel. the wifi is very... I decided to try a different hotel this time...mistake! The AC did not work properly, the wifi never worked in my room, and half the hotel was under remodeling. Because the AC did not work I had to keep the balcony door open and that means the drills and hammers and every other construction tool was right outside my room,... More

Terrible hotel experience in Milan; the only positive thing about this hotel is the location, everything else is very low quality, particularly given the room rates which are nowhere near the services provided. Rooms are very small, not particularly clean, with facilities (tv, air con, hair dryer) which dates back to the early 90s!breakfast isn't good either, the room is... More

3 minutes walk from the Duomo and The Galleria is this hotel's biggest selling point. Our room was spacious and the bathroom was well equipped with Jack and Jill sinks, a shower and bath. We only spent one night and ate out but enjoyed a drink in the roof terrace bar at night and breakfast in the dining room. A... More

The location was outstanding, very close to the Duomo, shopping and cafes. The rooms were average, our Nespresso machine leaked so we asked for it to be replaced and the staff misunderstood us and replaced it with a kettle, that was fine - at least we could make a cup of tea or coffee but when we asked for milk they... This is not a business Hotel, it is dated, but it has a good location, there is no parking, The hotel offers public on 1 km from the hotel @ €24 per which is expensive and quite a walk. The rooms are quite small with only shower no bath tub, the breakfast service is not bad but offers the same... More

The hotel is well located, just a short walk to the wonderful Duomo and piazza but on a noisy street with tramlines and traffic. We stayed in a large hotel suite which was ok but a bit tired, the floor badly and very obviously scratched from moving furniture. Breakfast was a huge spread but no pleasantries with the service all... More

This hotel had a great locale. Just a very short walk from the Duomo and lots of restaurants. I expected the rooms to be nicer with how nice the hotel was but they were ok, not sure it was a 4 star room. However, they were clean spacious enough. Our room faced the streets with all the streetcars on it... More
