This hotel is perfectly located close to Duomo. Breakfast is unbelievable: Sparkling wine, salami 6 kinds of cheese, olives, tomatoes. Very delicious panna cotta. The only minus for this hotel is elevator: during busy time you need to wait as it's capacity is small and only 2 elevators. Plus they are slow. Other than that great hotel.

Spent a week here between 16th and 23rd August and loved every minute of it. The hotel is in a fantastic central place for all of the attractions in Milan. Stayed in an executive double room which was very spacious and clean and had a great bathroom with one of the best showers I've ever used! There is some noise... More

This is a four star plus hotel. It couldn't have a better location. A five minute walk to The Duomo. The room was enourmous and the breakfast was the best on our trip. A very busy but helpful staff will help you with your needs.

Had two days in Milan and the four of us shared a sweet with two queen beds In a spacious room. Upon our arrival the staff was efficient and we felt welcomed. We went to the roof later in the day for drinks...nice view. The next day one of us went down for early coffee and a waiter offered to... More

Had two days in Milan and chose Hotel Dei Cavalieri because of the location to the Milan cathedral. Wasn't disappointed. We had a room on the fifth floor overlooking the courtyard, nice and quiet, think it would have been a bit noisy because of the trams in a room at the front of hotel. The room was small but very... We stayed for 2 nights, double bedroom with breakfast. On arrival the staff was very friendly and helpful at checking in. Our rooms were not ready, which is normal at 11:00am. They gave us some tourist information, explained how to get around in the neighboorhood and the public transport. The luggage was brought to our room as soon as we... More

We stayed in the quatro room with our daughters. It was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. In room wifi was free and fast. The front desk staff were also very helpful. The location was key. Worth paying more to be so close to everything. However, I do gree with other reviewers, the location is in... More

We stayed for one night and chose it for its central location and price. The rooms were clean and one room was particularly large with a huge bathroom. Milan was incredibly hot and although the rooms had air conditioning it was not that efficient. The breakfast was plentiful and offered a wide selection of food, you could even help yourself... This hotels only redeeming feature is its central location. Other than this, I cannot see why anyone would want to stay there. We stayed for one night and found there was no hot water in the evening (took them an hour to fix it) and then no hot water in the morning either. They didn't know how long it would... More

Spent 3 weeks in this hotel. Decent enough rooms which are clean with nice comfy beds. No plug sockets close to beds though so be sure to charge your laptop if you use it in bed. Very good wifi speeds even when crowded, good enough for streaming films. Great breakfast. Very fresh food. No irons in the room and you... More

Staying in Navigli

Neighborhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
