The hotel is very well located, just a couple of short blocks away from Centrale Station, near the station's taxi stand and the bus to Linate airport. A subway station is near by. There are several restaurants (of varying quality) in the vicinity, and a handy Carrefour Market (groceries) just a couple of blocks away as well. The staff were... More

We stayed here for our short two day trip in Milan. We stayed inside the double room with two twin beds. Though the room was small it didn't really bother us except for the fact that the bathroom was hard to get in and out of since the doorway was so narrow. The biggest draw for us was the location... We recently stayed for 2 nights for my birthday in a Junior Suite. The front desk were helpful enough, but the service was without a smile. The breakfast was lacklustre (and certainly not as photographed) but the staff in the breakfast area were great. To say we paid in excess of £300 for 2 nights, the room wasn't very clean,... More

We booked 2 rooms for business. Had a 7 hour flight from the US and a 45 minute drive from the airport to the hotel. We were guaranteed to have early check in but when we arrived we had to wait in the lobby for four hours till our rooms were ready. When we got into our rooms it was... More

A very cozy, nice hotel. Rooms are ok, we had the wallpaper peeling off the walls, bathroom could have been cleaned better... One thing terrible is the smell in the hallway, muddy, smell bad, it takes the breath away and it knocks you out once you exit the elevator. Beside that, personnel is great.

I found the Andreola hotel very good: pleasant enough staff, big enough room and bathroom is great. however, it's a very tired 4 star hotel. I highly rate their restaurant on the top floor: the food is good and very well priced. the downside is the atmosphere - a faux classical that doesn't work, in my eyes. if rates are... More

Following an 8 hour flight delay courtesy of Milan air traffic control and the stinginess of Flybee we arrived at this very pleasant hotel at 11pm. A smartly dressed young man was most helpful and we found a well appointed room, only downside would have preferred a bath and we did pay for a balcony not a window-ledge. Nether the... More

For a proclaimed 4 star hotel, they have quite a few things to get sorted. The real bonus is it is very close to the central railway station, which is why we chose it. Only 3 minutes walk. Then 3 stops on the Metro to Duomo, the centre if Milan. It is easy to find your way. There are also... More

Only five minutes walk from hustle and bustle of Milan Central train station, Hotel Andreola was a good choice for a quick stopover in Milan given we were travelling by train. It is a traditional Italian hotel with old world charm and was obviously a grand hotel when in its prime. The room was a little larger than the average... More
