I spent four sleepless nights at the Andreola because of the heat. The staff claimed they couldn't turn on the AC because the government wouldn't allow it. I asked three times if they could provide a fan but they didn't have one. None of the other hotels I stayed at throughout my trip to Italy -- including another hotel in... More

Almost the size of an American hotel room with desk, mini frig,/mini bar, balcony and luggage rack and room for 2 to walk around. Lovely Italian marbled bathroom with large shower, rain shower faucet with very hot water and strong water pressure. Memory foam mattress, very comfortable. And viewed new double mattress being delivered during stay. Very clean and kept... More

We stayed at the Andreola hotel for a weekend away. It is a Great hotel, with fantastic service, in a great central location and had wonderful breakfast. The room was very clean, spacious and equipped. We would most definitely stay here again.

First time in Milan, we stayed for 4 nights and thought it was a lovely hotel. Room was really big and very clean. Great location as Milano Centrale a 2min walk where you can get to everywhere from. We walked to the Duomo on the first night and that only took 30mins. Breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and... More

Very nice hotel with a very convenient location. Transport around the hotel allows you to reach any part of the city and the country. Rooms are clean and surprisingly large, despite the expectation. Great breakfast with fruit, sweet cheeses, etc. very friendly staff ready to answer any question of interest. We have been enjoying during your stay at this hotel

On our way to the cruise terminal my son I decided to make a stop over in Milan. A couple months before I have called the hotel and I asked for twin beds. That was no problem. As we arrived at the hotel the frontdesk employee told us that there was a problem. No twin beds were available. So there's... More

Great hotel with classy style and pleasant atmosphere, situated in a pretty street in a great location – 2 min from Milano Centrale train station and 3 min from Caiazzo metro station, convenient to go anywhere in the city. Streets around have lots of cheap shops held by Asians, as well as several small supermarket-type shops where you can get... More

This was just not as advertised. I get so many great deals on Hotels.com I have no reason to doubt what is stated. (I do feel that it is important to state that I have had one other experience that was not good with Hotels.com, however, overall what they say is what you get.) For this hotel: My printed reservation... More

The hotel is very well located, just a couple of short blocks away from Centrale Station, near the station's taxi stand and the bus to Linate airport. A subway station is near by. There are several restaurants (of varying quality) in the vicinity, and a handy Carrefour Market (groceries) just a couple of blocks away as well. The staff were... More
