Clean rooms, nice large bathrooms, our room had a pretty view of a courtyard. The hotel is close to shopping but not the city center and Milan's subway system isn't the greatest experience I've had on the subways in Europe, so that was kind of inconvenient. Hotel was chosen after checking area on Google Earth Streetview, via Scarletti is prettier than surrounding streets (little trees in planters along it's length) Area was quiet and felt safe to walk even at night. Quite far from city center, nothing convenient in the street. Neighbourod without charm and interest. A/C was obviously out of order in the middle of Aug but staff told us twice within the same day that it had been fixed! Basically the manager asked the bar tender to go up and check! We really liked this hotel. You can get a bus from the airport that will bring you about 2 blocks from the hotel for 7 euros. It is also conveniently located for the train. It has an elegant feel and the breakfast is great. We had a double room and a triple. The triple was a little tight. more

This is a nice 4 star hotel in a great location. We stayed for about $100 a night including taxes. The rooms are not the big but the ceilings are tall and there is a floor to ceiling window that opens up. Breakfast is included and was good. overall, a great value.
