As I was only staying in Milan one night before heading back to NYC, I chose to stay at the Hotel Vittoria. I arrived at the hotel around 11 am and was able to check in early. The staff were all very polite, extremely helpful and spoke English very well. My room was on the first floor which was fine... More

Background: We stayed for one night following a tour of Sicily. During a couple of days in Milan, we were able to take a bike tour of the city, spend an evening at Expo 2015, and attend a Leonardo Da Vinci exhibition at the Pallazo Reale. We flew from Sicily into Linate airport; getting to the hotel was very easy... More

Wonderful welcome, Hotel Vittoria is in a quiet street yet conveniently close to central Milan is the perfect antidote to big chains. Very attentive staff, beautiful plush rooms and good breakfast. Free wifi included, fabulous dining and meeting area ensures Hotel Vittoria will be first choice for all future visits and I look forward to returning.

Booked this hotel for one night in Milan. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Rooms are really unique and cozy. Downstairs is really beautiful and they serve a fantastic breakfast!!! The hotel is in a great location, very safe and in a nice area. Will definitely stay here again!

Despite the unassuming exterior of the hotel, the minute you walk through the door you feel like you have stepped back in time - heavy ornate furniture and furnishings, tiny reception desk, a few steps up to an elevator, heavy red lampshades and so on...and all of it ooozes charm from the past. The rooms are also small and similarly... More

Staff very friendly and helpful. Variety of food at the breakfast buffet. Bathrooms on the small side. Could do with more variety of tea bags and instant coffee in the bedroom and milk.Building work was being done on the outside so noisy early morning. No chest of drawers for small items. Good base with only a 15 minute walk to... More

We spent 5 nights and found it very a fancy. We booked a double room which in fact was 2 connected rooms. The staff was extremely helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy, breakfast was good. For those who's travelling by car, there are a few free parking spaced belonging to the hotel in front of the main entry. We... More

When we got there we discovered that the rooms they put aside for us were extremely tiny and cramped. When we complained they upgraded us immediately without charge to reasonable sized double rooms. The staff was very helpful. When the air conditioner started leaking water in one of the rooms, they immediately gave us a new room instead (while still... More
