Unfortunately, we went out of our way in locating the hotel as we walked from the train station but on arrival we were welcomed and given directions to make our appointment for viewing The Last Supper - we had little time as our plane had been late. Our room was smallish but all the necessities were provided for, including a... More

MIlan is expensive so this was a good find. We were greeted by a very friendly manager, and our room was a reasonable size with a fine view over a piazza with a large monumental arch. The room decoration was a little overpowering, with matching padded floral wallpaper and curtains, but I could put up with that for one night.... More

Service and staff were good, as was the breakfast. It needs a heavy bit of updating and modernising throughout. The room was small and old style with no view, tiny bathroom and smelly second blanket. The decor was very drab and nothing to speak about. Nevertheless, the location is good and is close to the underground, main train station and... More

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in October 2013.it was good hotel. Rooms were decent size (for Milan very good). This hotel close to supermarkets and other amenities. The hotel is very close to the metro. Overall good hotel and for the price worth it.

This is a small, simple, inexpensive hotel extremely close to Malpensa airport in Milan. The risotto we ate for dinner in their restaurant was outstanding. And we met Mama and Nonna who made it, along with their lovely daughter who served it. Traffic in Milan is awful. We would stay here again, for sure, when traveling through Milano. Excellent value.

At first sight this hotel needs a face lift. Everything needs to change to become a modern and an even greater hotel. This hotel is centrally located and it is in 30mins walk of most things. It is near the metro and tram. I had a friendly experience with the staff there. The breakfast was continental and did its job.... More

We have stayed in Milan for two days. The hotel has an excellent location being near both to the central train station which is in walking distance and the city centre. The rooms are spacious and quiet. The personnel was friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.

I stayed here in July for 3 nights with my family. With a party of five, we had a double room and a triple between us, both on the 1st floor. Both rooms were generously sized and nicely appointed, despite their age. The triple had a nice view of the square outside. The air conditioning in both rooms worked very... More

We paid a great deal of money for a nice room in Milan. What we were given was a shoebox room where the bed hardly fit, mould sprayed over the walls and a bathroom with a toilet that didn't work. The internet also did not work. Would not recommend.

I would actually give this hotel a good rating rather than very good. It has a great location, and a very good buffet breakfast. However the air conditioning in the room was broken and the internet service was mediocre at best. Hotel staff was friendly. Would probably stay there again. It is next door to a nice English style pub.
