This hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It is very basic in its furnishings and amenities, but the staff are courteous and attentive. The wifi was in good working order, and there is a small elevator that also functioned well. The queen bed was actually 2 twin beds pushed together and a little on the firm side. The... More

I stayed at the Florida for a 1 night stopover in Milan. I stayed here because I had stayed several times (years ago) and because the price was very good. It has become more tired and run down over the years, and it seems as though management has given up trying to keep it up. Advantages: it was clean, very... More

There's nothing to really be said about this hotel except that it is close to the train station/metro and relatively inexpensive. It is old. It is rundown. It has no redeeming quality other than the price. The A/C did not work in our room nor did the internet. There is also no available parking. I spent a night here passing... More

Really close to the train station and metro station. Took forever to check in to the room at the reception. Then there was only one tiny elevator that took some time to get us upstairs to our room. When entered the room, it was a small room with the essentials. The shower cubicle door was broken and fallen off....the room... More

The best part of the hotel is that it's right around the corner from the train station, which makes it ideal for travelers like us just in for the night and flying out the next morning (exit the train station, with back to station, take a left and you'll see Leppitt street one block on your right). The bathroom smelled... More

Though close to the train station, this place is a scam and a disgrace to hotels. The manager/service was cheap, rude, and horribly unhelpful when trying to find a nice restaurant or even directions. The bathrooms were moldy and the shower spills all over the floor. The coat hangers were just wire hangers that you get from a dry cleaner.... More

Stayed here with my wife and eight-month-old son. For the price, 100 Euro, I was expecting a much nicer place. Pros: -They did have a pack-n-play for the baby available in the room, free of charge. -Breakfast was included in the 100 Euro price and the waitresses were very pleasant and made excellent cappuccinos. -Less than a 5 minute walk... We stayed here based on a recommendation in Rick Steve's but it should be avoided at all costs! The rooms are "spare" to say the least. The bed was horrible, the air condititioning barley worked and the room smelled terribly of damp and strong cleaning supplies. There are certainly much better places to stay for 100 Euro per night (or... More

-overpriced; -bad internet connection; -very cold room; -not suited for disabled Guests: stairs at the entrance door, stairs to the breakfast room; very narrow elevator, stairs in the middle of each floor, etc -noisy cleaning staff: they have a phone on each floor if the Front Desk needs to communicate with them and sometimes it rings for minutes without nobody... The only good of this hotel is that it is next to Stazione Centrale and you can easily go everywhere you want in Milan. The price is very high . Our room was not clean...the walls were filthy although they changed towels and sheets every day. The staff was good.Breakfast was poor.
