Very dirty. Mould on bathroom walls, dust everywhere. The only plug in the room wasn't working. Hotel in desperate need of renovation. Even if location is very convenient it's not worth the money they charge.

I've spent one night in this hotel. The room 205, in which I slept, was really micro but very functional, everything was nice and in the right place at the right moment. It remembered me the film with Renato Pozzetto in which he was a farmer moving from the countryside to the city (ahah the city was actually Milan!) and... More

This place was expensive for what it was, certainly not worthy of even 1 star. Not one power point worked in the entire room/bathroom. As a consequence, I could not even blow dry my hair after a shower. The towels felt like old table cloths, almost useful after a shower. Worst of all was the rude staff. My husband was... More

My friend and I booked this hotel for 8 nights in Milan the last week of August. We stayed in a room with twin beds. The hotel is near the city center, about 10 minutes from the Duomo, and is two streets away from the metro. It is also a 20 minute walk from Cadorna station, where we took trains... More

We booked two nights at this hotel trough Booking.com because of its great location in the city center due to my boyfriend recover from a broken ankle and can not walk to long distances and also have a litte trouble with stairs. We had let the hotel know we be arriving later in the evening. When we arrive the receptionist... More

Shabby and worn hotel. The staff vere unfriendly (except for the night receptionist). The room was not clean. The wifi did not work for 3 days. Breakfast was unimpressive. The location was great though - smack in between the cathedral and the castle.

I did not have high expectations and found the hotel adequate for my needs. The location was perfect and well suited to lugging cases from the train station! The breakfast is fair by Australian standards but is the norm to be expected in Italy. My room on the second floor, overlooked the semi quite street and was accessed by a... More

Pro - good location, close to Duomo and the city centre - quiet street - 24h reception - high ceilings Contra - the tiniest shower we had ever seen - a bit worn out and sometimes not very clean - paper-thick walls (we heard TV in the room 2 rooms far from our)

This was definitely a good hotel for the price you pay. You get a great location, very close to both Duomo and Parco Sempione and the castle. I had a single room with the balcony out to the silent street Rovello, which was great! The breakfast was very limited, BUT you can have a freshly made coffee/latte/cappuccino, which I liked... More
