The location is very good, close to Duomo, near metro station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided had a wide range of choices. The rooms are not good, our airco was very loud, no curtains, and just in front of our room was the big sign in neon light. The toilet was just behind the bathroom door,... More

Booked the hotel on Hot Wire because we were only staying two nights. We probably wouldn't have picked the hotel but our adventurous side was on when we booked. This hotel is in a great location especially if you like outdoor mall shopping. Close to the Duomo, walking distance to most of downtown locations. Staff was attentive and friendly. The... More

returned for a 2nd time to Galileo. The location is excellent for shopping, tourism (close to Duomo), while the fairly large rooms are quite run down, but OK. Good breakfast buffet and free internet makes it good value for money overall. Safe parking in garage at 35euro/24h

Very good location, just 1 min walk to duomo. The restaurant staff is amazing friendly. The rest of staff very good too. Breakfast is good for a 4 star hotel. The problem of this hotel: Need to upgrade the rooms. Old air conditioned, old furniture and carpets on the floor. But everything is well cleaned.

I have not stayed in the hotel, however whilst my wife was shopping in the nearby sephora outlet I decided to go and find a place to go for a drink and a sit down. It was very handily placed so I went into the hotel. I went in and asked at the front desk where the man where the... More

Reasonably well located hotel which is a short walk to the rear side of the Duomo. However the Hotel is quite dated and looking very tired throughout. Switches for the lights, heating and blinds in the bedrooms are very old. Room became very cold during the night and the heating, which warmed up the room only very gradually, needed to... More

Hotel is in a great location, close to the Duomo, all the shopping areas, breakfast was great, service was great, staff were friendly but the rooms are starting to look a little tired. Otherwise, and enjoyable stay.

This is supposed to be a four stars hotel...therefore, you don't expect to find yellowish wallpaper or very old bedcover or - even worse - a heating system so antiquate that does not allow to choose your temperature, but only blow a little warm air. The room I got was probably about 9 sqm, with a single bed next to... More
