the mattress and cover have really terrible smell!!! the room has many mosquitoes as well!!! spending whole night to find the source of the unpleasant smell (mainly from the cover) and fighting with the mosquitoes...omg...NOT a good experience to stay in this room at all. any of a 2- star hotel could be better than this. Milan was the 4th destination on my Euro Trip in Oct 2014. Pros: - Good location, walking from train station, 5 mins. - Very good reception area. - Very good rooms. Small but comfortable. - Beds were nice. - Professional staff Cons - No AC. Had a discussion with the front desk. They said they don't provide the AC in... More

Upon opening door to twin bedroom on 7th floor encountered the most gut wrenching stench from a room freshener that wouldn't disappear for days even after the windows were left open day and night. Aircon doesn't work and is noisy. Windows couldn't be left open at night due to noise from street below. Beds from another era, wafer thin, hard,... More

Staff were very nice. Internet wouldn't work, they reset it and it still wouldn't work. They tried to help as best they could. Room was clean. Outdated. Tv was good. Window opened which was nice because the air conditioner might as well have been broken. Hopeless. Excellent location next to centrale station! Easy to get into madrid city centre!

A recent visit to Milan and tried a new Hotel. Not the experience we were after. Ended up waiting until after 2pm to be placed in 2 single beds. Room was run down, the hotel has nicer rooms which after complaining we were better accommodated.

The only positive for this place is the location. Close to Station and a lovely restaurant on the corner of the street. Where do I start. The hotel staff were rude, the wi fi was pretty non existent except in the lobby. Hotel room was spacious not too bad. The smell was the most cheap and disgusting room freshener and... More

We booked a small double bed room, and come to find our bed is tiny... not fit for 2 people. We mentioned this to the staff but they were unable to help us. The smell in the halls is like cheap, bad perfume, very unpleasant. After a long day, we come back to shower and find there's only one towel... More

Aside from being conveniently located to Milano Centrale, this hotel is a shambles. The good: - The street where the hotel is, is relatively quiet and feels pretty safe. - 2-3 blocks from Centrale metro station and 3 blocks from Centrale. - The front desk is staffed all night (I guess this is basic stuff though). The Bad: - There... More

Saved by the bed. The location was near the bus drop-off/train station. There were a lot of homeless people and it seemed quite scary when we were out at night. The hotel was not hard to find along the street and was close to the metro. During our stay, the location was relatively quiet and almost seemed deserted. The staff weren't... More

On arrival, reception staff friendly and adequately managed my check-in. Was allocated room 157. Twin room with 2 x small single beds of dated origin. Bed head was a panel on the wall with draylon velvet fabric, that looked very worn/dirty. Furniture bardic and dated. Bathroom very small, and being a little claustrophobic, I would not close the door to... More
