Pros: - Very cheap with breakfast included if booked in advance - 10-minute walk from the Central Train Station and City Center - Quiet area - We left our luggage at the hotel for the day, free of charge, after we checked out. Cons: - Not the same room as the ones shown in pictures, we were given a very... More

Good breakfast. Same stuff that you get served here in Italy. Get the metro into town if you are feeling lazy and can't be bothered with the 20 minute walk. Well recommended and would stay again. Good value. We did have a small room but we spent so much time exploring the city we didn't mind. Reception was helpful

Nice modern hotel, well placed for Centrale railway station and the Duomo (the only attraction worth seeing in Milan in my opinion). The hotel had a 4 star feel about it. Porter who helped us with our bags to our room was very friendly and was patient with my little Italian language. Some reception staff a bit unfriendly and formal... More

we were there as a family of 4 with a few other friends. all rooms were tiny. a/c not always working. we were told it gets turned off during daytime whilst they are cleaning the room, makes the rooms more stuffy. we booked a triple room, and glad we did as even with 2 kids under 3 who slept in... Myself and 3 friends stayed here in July 2014 and were thoroughly impressed! The rooms were new, clean and comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the location is good too...all for a reasonable price! Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

We stayed at Hotel Sempione 3 nights. It's a really nice hotel with a good location for a raisonnable price (except the wifi - it was expensive). The room and the bathroom are small, but comfortable, but a little bit too noisy - we heard all the noices from the next room. The breakfast was the same basic food every... More

We had booked two rooms, both had near identical issues: - the rooms were dirty and totally neglected and run down (youth hostel and below standard) - the rooms air-conditioning systems did not work and it was 26 degrees in the room at arrival and cooled down to 25 degrees with the window open at night. Fan system only moved... More

I stayed at Hotel Sempione in April 2014 for 2 nights. Its really very nice hotel in all regards. Staff is really cooperative and hospitable and smilling. Services & Breakfast was awsome. Location of the hotel was also brilliant. In short its the worth of money to stay with Hotel Sempione.

We enjoyed our stay at hotel sempione. While the rooms are very small much like most of italy you cant go wrong with the price and location of this little gem. Close to the metro only 250m and the railway to travel to other regions was about 700m away. We felt safe in the area and enjoyed daily walks to... More

Good points about this hotel: 1. Close to the subway (republica) or you can walk from the central station (15 minutes) 2. Not too expensive compared with other hotels 3. Clean room Bad points about this hotel: 1. We were welcomed by a rude receptionist. There is another receptionist, his name is Michael and he is really really friendly. But... More
