I'm staying in Milan for business for the week. Everyone in the city has been extraordinarily friendly. During a break at the conference (MICO center) I took a walk around and saw this place which looked inviting, and as I like to personally check out potential hotels for future visits I walked in. I walked straight past the front desk,... More

Dear Ben, your review really leaves us stunned. As you said you have introduced yourself stealthily in our Hotel and you have used our bathroom without asking permission, and it seems strange that you were stopped by our staff to know whether or not you were one of our customers? This is like if a stranger came to your house... More

I really have a trouble explaining 4 star rating.. No any of the conveniences associated with 4 stars at all. Comparing to other hotels in Europe and in the World, I could easily find 3 stars rating with much more higher standards and service than Hotel Portello - Gruppo Mini Hotel. No iron in the room, no coffee maker, no... More

Each year I spend 2 nights with a friend in this hotel. This place is modern and very agreable, with quite rooms and a helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is very well appointed. The situation in the city is practical for people visiting the Fiera Rho.

The hotel is very well located for the stadium, to go to Duomo, you need to walk around 500m or so to get Subway and go thru 7 stops. The garage was stinking as hell when I arrived, elevator not working at garage. Breakfast was too poor for a 4 star hotel. Room very small, with a terrible view of... More

Spent two days there to watch the Derby. The hotel is situated in a very strategic location. Walking distance from the metro, Casa Milan, and the San Siro Stadium. It was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Not the luxury fro a 4 star, but considering the price, it is worth. The area is definitively not the best in Milan unless you have a business there or visit the Fiera. Personal is nice and helpful. Rooms are correct and the wifi free and working well. Take a pullover in the breakfeast room, it is freezing. The breakfast... More

Although hotel is situated outside city centre, it is situated quite well. Initially, main reason to book this hotel was that my son and I wanted to attend a match of AC Milan. San Siro stadium is just a twenty minute stroll away from the hotel. Moreover, it is just a ten minute walk to the nearest tube station as... More

The hotel location is convenient in respect to visiting SAN SIRO stadium and also not far away from Cadorna train station. I arrived late in the evening so I had to travel by Taxi but in the way back I took the taxi to Cadorna and from there by train to Airport. Staff are kind and supportive. Room size and... More

I was attending a conference at the MiCo Convention Centre, so this hotel was perfectly located, only a few minutes walk each way. The staff were helpful, the breakfast was quite good (but don't expect eggs cooked to your liking or omelettes etc, it is a buffet), and the room was comfortable. Wifi was included (essential to get my booking),... More
