You’ll have to choose this hotel coz it is the closest one to the railway station but be ready to come into collision with several unpleasant things. 1. the Staff. The receptionist who was at the time of my arrival didn’t get my request to have a quiet room (evidently this means the room on the quiet side of the... More

The only good thing in this hotel is location which is nearby a train station just across the road.Room was old and a bit dirty.when I was stayed there an area around the hotel was under construction that makes worst environment. You may also hear the noise from the club nearby the hotel in the night.

Nice big hotel. Surrounding area leaves much to be desired though, there's a group of homeless dudes living under the road bridge opposite and thieves and beggars dominate the train station. Train station is just across the road but make sure you don't go near the homeless bit. Travel to Milan at your own risk, they even try to steal... More

The hotel has a location near Garibaldi station which is convenient. This is the best thing of the hotel. The rooms are terrible, old, broken things, dirty wallpaper, dirty rooms. The worst thing is the hospitality if you want to check in or out. They speak English very bad, they are very unfriendly and you have to pay every day... More

We stayed in a large newly renovated room. The hotel is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and across from the train station which is very important if your train leaves at 7am! We only stayed one night but we would certainly stay here again.

Stayed in the Hotel for 3 days last week and found the Hotel to be excellent right in the heart of Milan within close proximity to all the attractions and metro and train stations. Staff were lovely, the only thing i would say is it is not suitable for families more of a business orientated Hotel. Breakfast was fabulous and... More

This is a very expensive solution for what you get. The hotel is old, dirty and overpriced. Rooms are quite large but so old you wouldn't believe, doors scratched, windows don't close, bathtub doesn't work Staff is rude and incompetent, except for Margot who tries to get the guests out of trouble. There is plenty of choice in Milan, avoid... More

Hotel is huge with very old rooms and bathrooms. Showers not working properly and no pressure at all! Hotel was packed thus breakfast was a caos. Location not very close to centre but close to bars, restaurants and clubs. There are some construction work opposite the hotel so the view from the room isn't attractive at all. Personnel was very... More

I stayed in this hotel for 6 nights whilst attending a major medical congress. Although it was a busy weekend in Milan (with F1) - there was no excuse for the regular delays of up to 30 mins to get any service at reception or from the concierge. The room I had (6th floor) was fine, spacious, very quiet and... More

Hotel is a blast from the seventies, albeit very comfortable, providing spacious rooms and air-con which coped well with 35 degree heat. Check-in, as others have noted, takes ages, but fortunately we didn't have to queue. In normal conditions the hotel would be a trivial stroll across the street to the Garibaldi station - which is why we chose it... More
