This may be one of the best hotel rooms we have ever had! The spacious main room is as large as we normally encounter in fine hotels in the States and the bed is very comfy. Amenities such as robes and slippers are included as is a double sink bath - very spacious, with a Jacuzzi tub. Other amenities such... More

We chose the hotel for its proximity to the central station and on that basis it served its purpose. Besides the location the other positives about the hotel was good sized rooms and clean. Whilst at some point in the past it may have been very deserving of its four stars, it certainly isn't now besides it being in dire... More

My wife and I were going to be passing through Milan and wanted to stay in a nice hotel close to the train station. You couldn't find a better hotel and location. It is clean, modern and a walk to a lot of sightseeing spots in Milan! Breakfast was included in our rate and it was perfect, including fresh squeezed... More

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is great, only few steps away from the metro and train station. It is also walking distance to a live market and shopping district. On top of all, the breakfast is wonderful with lots choices and fresh food/breads.

What is bad: Near Central Station, and similar to all cities, region does not make you feel secure (dirty and not friendly environment) - old building - old furnitures & design What is good: + High speed free wifi, + Satisfactory breakfast + spa bathrooms + good price/value ratio + easy to reach everywhere

Location is perfect for access to trains as opposite Milan Central station, great restaurants and Hop on Hop off bus stop located adjacent to hotel. We enjoyed a rear room which was large, quiet, dark, clean and beds really comfortable. LInen was lovely. Loved the bathroom. Enjoyed a wonderful few nights sleep!! Getting to the Duomo was half hour walk... More

Excellent hotel, beside Central Station which is great if you wish to travel to Florence, Venice, Bologna etc. Rooms big and very tidy. Free WiFi. Breakfast superb. Quiet area of city. Duomo is only 4 Metro stops away and Metro is only 2 mins walk from hotel.

Location is perfect if you need to be near train station. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions. Rooms look like theyre right out of the 70's but still slept comfortably. Good anenities. Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, sausage, cheese, hams, pastries, breads, juice, and some gluten free stuff.

I stayed at Michelangelo Hotel Nov 2014 and couldn't have been more pleased. First plus, location--the hotel is located exactly one block from the Milano Centrale Station which is a godsend since the station is the main transportation hub for both intercity and local trains in Milan. Getting to the Duomo from the hotel took less than half an hour,... More
