Checked in after waiting in line for 15 min. Front entrance has steps & very annoying to haul luggage up steps. No one offered to help. Staff indifferent, condescending and rude attitude. Room fine, small but adequate. Bathroom small, shower tiny. Checking out, same thing, line of 6 guests waiting to check out. No apologies for the delays. They really... More

Dear Cynthia R, I’m sorry you had to wait to check-in. Unfortunately, you arrived during a very busy time and both our reception staff and bell boys were already serving other guests. We tried to serve you as quickly as we could. We know from our earlier email correspondence that you were unhappy over an initial misunderstanding when you booked... More

Travelling by train it was ideal that the hotel is a 5 minute walk from station. It is close to bus routes and metro that enables you to get to anywhere in the city for really reasonable prices - 4.50 euros for a 24 hour metro pass that covers all areas of the city. The hotel is comfortable, clean and... More

The room was clean and confortable, the bathroom with a nice shower and we liked the free drinks inside the fridge. The Hotel is 5 min. walking from Milan central station. We will... More

The staff are very friendly and helpful. For example, it was raining one day and they provided all guests with umbrellas. Also, I left my cell phone in my Uber car and they help coordinate with the driver to return it. The rooms are small, but all that is really needed when seeing the city. The breakfast was great. Overall,... More

Very comfortable room. Nice happy hour, great breakfast. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and help with directions, questions and anything else you might need. Nice soft sheets and a mini bar included with your choice of beverages.

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
