We arrived late to Milan after 30 hours travelling from Australia. Hotel easy walk from station only minutes. Staff were friendly and check in fast and efficient. Room was small but the bed was big with wonderful crisp linen, pillows could have been better. Bathroom small but immaculately clean. Breakfast was great. The staff were very helpful with metro tickets... More

Stayed at the Hotel Berna for three nights last week, conveniently located for the train station and the staff were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The room was spacious and clean, good air conditioning, wifi was fast and the free minibar with soft drinks was an added bonus as was the rubber duck which you could take home!... More

The title of the review is a paraphrase of the hotel's mission statement, recited for us by Max the barman, who's a sweetie. This place is very well run, clean, and friendly. The location is steps away from the metro and the central train station. The breakfast buffet is generous. Book a room in one of the upper floors (four... More

This hotel whilst not in the greatest of locations for tourist activities is within walking distance of the station and a very quiet area. We had booked a double room and were upgraded at no cost to a superior double which was huge (certainly by London standards) and of a very good quality. The staff were fantastic, the room spotless,... More

Hotel Berna is very nice, stylish and friendly hotel. Although we came late at night the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, cute and full of all the stuff you actually don´t need but you like – mini bar for free, coffee and tea machine, biscuits, pillow bar and plastic duck in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent!... More

My friend and I stayed here in July. Upon check in the staff were incredibly helpful and polite. There is even a room for hotel guests to read the paper and enjoy tea, coffee and water free of charge. Our room was reasonably spacious, although a little dated - I was grateful that we were on an upper floor so... More

This is a wonderful hotel with an even better staff. It is a quick walk from the train station, which is also a hub for the Metro, trams, and buses. The hotel is well maintained and run. Our room was spacious, nicely furnished, quiet, and comfortable. The bath had tub-shower and good counter space. Breakfast was in the bar area... More

Short walk from Milan Centrale station. Tick. Online check-in done and quickly finished at the desk. Tick. Desk staff very helpful with local information, including directions to the memorable Osteria Fara. Tick. Just like the last time. Consistency. Bigger tick. Room location and decor, pillow menu filled, comfy bed, free wifi, free coffee and snacks. Ticks times five! But, and... More

Dear Ryszardski, Thanks a lot for your great and detailed feedback. We welcome all our guests comments, positive or negative, as we feel we can learn and hopfully improve upon the quality of our services. As for the iron and ironing board in the room, it is quite rare to find them in Italy in order to comply to the... More
