Me and my wife stayed 2 days in this medium - small hotell and really enjoyed there. We had a room from rear side and by night is unbielivable quiet. Really comfortable bed. CNN and MTV make you even watch TV in english. Breakfast buffe was included and was plenty to choose from. Staff helped us explain transportation in the... more

This was an alternate booking, as previous hotel had cancelled, so my travel agent found me this place. The reception staff were very helpful, showing me where I could get my laundry done and where to catch the trams from to get into the city centre. My room was clean, with a comfortable bed and it was nice to have... more

Booked this hotel as part of a 5 day getaway. The hotel is some distance form any of the Milan airports so cost us a small fortune in taxi fairs ! The hotel had just re-opened on our arrival after being closed for the month of August, we firstly had no hot water as this had been turned off (resolved... more

This hotel is a joke. At the entrance: 4 stars; at the reception desk: 3 stars are marked; in the room: all stars disapeared. Not only the room is small and dirty, but the bathroom is the most terrible nightmare you ever dreamed. The hotel staff is deaf to any suggestion and from time to time a latin aggresivity is... more

We went there with a group of 10 for a congress for 3 days. In my room the tap was continuously leaking at least for months as the sink already showed a beautiful yellow area from the dripping water. The shower head was hanging from above and the position could not be changed. Nearly impossible to shower and keep your... more

A week stay was a little too long. Bedroom was small and athough we booked a double we were presented with a twin room on our first night.Hotel were unable to change this and instead our beds were pushed together the following day. As the week progressed bathroom items diminished, soap, toilet paper etc. We couldn't understand why pillowcases were changed every... more

We booked here for an inexpensive short stay in Milan and found it a great base for our visit. The rooms are small but very comfortable and nicely furnished. There was no view to speak of - just the backs of other buildings - but we weren't expecting one. We arrived fairly late and asked at reception if they had... more

We arrived in Milan last week and we called the hotel for directions. They were speaking English just fine.We were told to get off to a metro station and get a taxi from there. However in Fierra getting a taxi is not the easiest thing and from our travelling experience we avoid taking taxis( unknown rates etc). Therefore we walked... more

Stayed at the Mozart last weekend, the trip was arranged at the last minute and coincided with the Grand Prix and Italy v France football match, so my usual choice of Milan hotels weren't available. Room itself was clean and comfortable. I'd say it's more 3* than 4* though. No ironing facilities, you have to use hotel laundry service. No... more
