Nice and super clean hotel. Great service. The only hard part was to find parking (such a busy area) .

Stayed here as part of a business trip. Staff was friendly and helpful, although I didn't ask them for much other than to call a taxi a few times and give me smaller bills in exchange for my 50 Euro note. I stayed in one of the "standard" rooms and it was tiny but adequate for one person given that... More

I stayed here on a business trip at the recommendation of colleagues. Staff were friendly and efficient. When I was checking out the one of the reception staff was giving an American couple detailed travel reommendations. Internet access was free, but bandwidth seemed rather limited. The room had everything I needed and was quiet. The breakfast was unexceptional, but frankly... More

We all make mistakes, and I am no different. When booking my room I mistakenly made it for one night off. I called 5 minutes after booking to change the date and they refused to do it. There are rooms available on the actual night I need it, and it's not like I'm asking to cancel my reservation (so they... More

Hotel is good. Equivalent to 3+ star hotel in the US. Rooms are relatively small, but the bed is huge. Furniture is brand new, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a bit above average. Elevators are tiny. Overall, I expected a little more based on the photos. Location is good - 15 minute walk to the park and fortress. Good value... More

This hotel is very good value for money, expecially when booked via other websites such as booking.com. The rooms aren't exactly huge, so if you are staying for a long stay you may be better off looking elsewhere, however they are quite fine for a short city break and for light travellers. Rooms are spotless, well appointed and maintained, although... More

Unfortunately my work booked this hotel...so I had no choice but to stay. The rooms are TINY! Now, I travel a decent amount and have been through Europe, but these rooms take the cake. I was there 8 nights and could never even fully unpack. The bed, a twin, felt like sleeping on plywood. "Firm" would be an understatement. I... More

I've stayed here a couple of times - once in 2002 and once in 2010. Both times the breakfast proved to be out of this world (really!), the desk staff were amazing and the location is good. It's about a 20 minute walk to the duomo, and 3 minutes to the tram. The room we had in 2010 was newly... More

Spent four nights at this hotel, perfect for a holiday in Milan ! It has everything you could expect from a four-star hotel - very nice lobby, impeccable personnel, a well-sized, peaceful & elegant room (especially the bathroom, which was huge...), ... The breakfast is also highly satisfying (and highly enjoyed...) ;) Only problem was with the Wi-Fi, for which... More

I stayed at the Best Western Mozart hotel during a visit in a conference. I would have expected much more for rate of 150 Euros a night. The Superior room was OK. seemed to be recently decorated. It is a good location for the Convention center, except for that, if you are visiting Milan, there are probably better hotel locations.... More
