Melia was luxurious, friendly and accommodating. We had the breakfast included in our package and we thoroughly enjoyed the simple but delicious food on offer. Our main purpose was to be close to San Siro Stadium. It was a 15min walk for us. A perfect way to be a part of the pre-game football atmosphere. I agree with other reviews... More

When I stayed here the two problems were the distance form town and the mosquitos. The distance to town was no problem because of the subway (red line Lotto to Duomo) but I ddi have mosquitos in my room. There was a great sliding door to a patio but it was bolted shut, so no fresh air so I am... More

Excellent hotel. Beautiful interior and lovely large bedrooms. The marble and gold in the bathrooms make the rooms. We had breakfast on one of the 3 nights we stayed and it was beautiful. Only reason the review was not a 5 was: (a) location (but this is not really an issue as Lotto metro is a 2 minute walk and... More

The staff are always smiling and were very helpful, the hotel is less than 10 mins walk to the MIco ,very close to the metro station red line , and just 8 stops away from the Duomo, you have to try their classic Italian pizza ,it is a no-miss pizza

I am currently in that hotel, it's 2:30 am and I can not sleep because of mosquitoes in the room. so there are mosquitoes that I went to complain to the front desk and then they gave me a spray. This is shameful for a hotel of 5 stars. I did not sleep at all

The Room had a nice size, and the bed was just great!! I could really rest at night, because it was quiet and the bed quality was very good. The breakfast was awesome!! A huge variety of things to choose: fruits, eggs, creppes, amazing breads, hams....it was just great!!

Hotel from the Melia chain. Luxurious, pleasant, everything working ok. As other people have said it s not in the historical centre. Direct metro to Duomo. Metro and bus acces to Linate or metro and train to Malpensa. Easy. I had a superior room, huge. I think a standard one would have been more than enough just for myself. I... More

I stayed one night at the Melia Milan. I worked at teh Fair, so it was convenient. It is far from the city center, but the metro takes you to Duomo in about 20 minutes. The hotel looks luxury, the recepcion staff was nice, but it took a long time to check in ( staff at the recepcion were answering... More

We spent more time swatting Mosquitos than sleeping on our marble slab. The bed was very hard, rooms do not have an iron and 1 flimsy pillow each. The Internet is weak and kicks you off constantly. Breakfast was good, but very expensive.

As a part of my business I traveled to Milan very often and I was staying at the Melia for about 20 different visits. I can say that it's a good hotel if you're going for a business trip or for a convention but not if you're a tourist. The hotel location is not very attractive as its relatively far... More
