We spent a couple of nights in the hotel and we were absolutely delighted. The rooms are elegantly furnished and clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. It is a distance from the city center but that did not bother us because the metro station is a five minute walk. There is a car parking right next to the... More

As a tour leader this 5star hotel was the worse one that i'v seen in my job! We had 8 rooms for our guests but they never gave us even 1Euro discount! All card keys doesn't works and we changed 3-4 times. One star hotels staff was much better than this 5star staff, all (Specially italian staffs) was rude and... More

The Melia Milano serves its purpose as a good business hotel. I stayed here for one night as it was closer to the airport compared to the city centre but still had frequent and quick access to the centre. As it was a Sunday, almost everything within walking distance was shut. Staff were friendly, professional and available. Room was clean... More

Apart from the fact it's in outer region of the shopping and attractions that is easily assessable by public transport I would not stay in this hotel again. They are very arrogant in the way of customer service and after travelling for several hours and needing an iron it is refused by saying it is a fire hazard and you... More

This Hotel in Milan is one of my favorites. The area is not that centric but at the same time it has an easy access from the autostradas and very easy to move with lots of public transport options. There is a metro station a few blocks away and there are multiple bus stops close by. The hotel fulfills its... More

I stayed at the Meliã Milan for business at the Fieramilanocity, and for that the location of the hotel is ideal. If you want to visit Milan as a tourist, I would not necessarily recommend it. You have a metro station very close to the hotel and the trains on that line get you directly into the center of Milan,... More

I stayed here for a conference, and it was a short walk to the conference center. Very friendly staff, bar is nice, breakfast is fantastic, lots of good food to choose from. I had a room overlooking an interior courtyard. It had one small window but this let in lots of morning light, which I like. The bathroom was nice... More

This is apparently a good hotel close to the convention centre but a metro ride from the centre. the entrance is grand and imposing and staff are helpful. However, the hotel really shows faded grandeur. Basic room are not luxurious but upgrading to the executive suite for a modest price brings larger room and access to the executive facilities in... So I stayed here with 2 friends during December 2013. The hotel is beautiful inside and out real 5star. Our room was average size with 3 single beds. The bathroom was very nice marble. The view wasnt anything special. There are alot of food places around and shops. The metro is a 2minute walk so its easy to access town.... More

Stayed here 18th to 21st July 2014. Staff very friendly, rooms good quality and beds superb, great few nights sleep and so quiet. If there was a downside all tea/coffee and drinks in the room were chargeable which I accept for beer, spirits etc but not for tea and coffee. Breakfast plentiful many choices from yoghurt to English to cakes... More
