We had a non-smoking room on the sixth floor which was a decent size and spotlessly clean. There were no coffee-making facilities in the room which would have been very welcome when returning on a cold night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay but nothing to write home about. Good base for exploring on foot - about... More

The hotel was very clean ,the staff really friendly and helpful. The metro station was only 2minutes walk and the city centre 20 minutes with the tram and 10-12 minutes by metro.Very nice breakfast and it was't expensive.

This hotel should have at least two stars less! Breakfast: The ham has mold, the scrambled eggs is extremely watery. The cheapest croissants I've ever seen. The only good thing: The fresh rolls and coffee. Room: Very old. Air conditioning is not working. Mini TV. 200 year old phone. Bed sheets disgusting. Bathroom: Extremely small. Toilet is just sitting diagonally-usable... More

Romms are really small, breakfast poor, but location is good - two minutes walking from metro station. Staff helpful and nice, place was clean but old. The price was good. Despite my remarks, I would recommend this place.

What an excellent choice we made choosing this hotel. Location! Half a block from the metro station, and two blocks from the trams. Quiet street. Room! Clean, big, excellent wifi, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast! Good and a very friendly and helpful staff offering expresso coffee etc. The staff at the registration desk was very professional and helpful every question... More

We stayed at this hotel for two nights in October. The hotel is popular with locals as well as tourists and families with children. Staff were very helpful. If I had to pick something - the breakfast room is a wee bit small but they more than make up for it by having longer breakfast hours.

The location/neighborhood is really nice. I was greeted by a front desk agent that was American and from North Carolina. Great sense of humor and welcoming! The rooms are very standard and the housekeeping looks after it during the day. I will say, that it was unnecessary for my bathroom amenities to be replaced daily. I'm sure some guests that... More

The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the MiCo (convention center). It's just a 15 minute walk (straight down one street) and you are there. Easy! That said, this hotel is extremely outdated and very overpriced for what you get. For instance, room amenities do not include an iron or ironing board (and the hotel does not... More
