Getting here was a nightmare . Yes you can fly from London in an hour and a half but it can take and hour and a quarter to get to the hotel from the airport if you are lucky enough to stumble across the bus stop ! The hotel telephone is rarely answered and you are left on hold perpetually... More

Hmmmmm... Where shall we start? Bare electric wire from missing lightbulb hanging over bed No soap No toilet paper Empty minibar 9€ WIFI for 24 hours (per device) Nasty yellow (yes yellow) stains on shower floor Broken shower door panel Parking costs 8€ per day ( unless you want to park for free next to a graffiti-covered dark alley away... the room in the end is the bed, and pictures let the customers believe in some more space. the toilet is proportionated to the room, but well, we didn't need to have parties in it! Despite the room is visibly "more than used" (the "wardrobe" and the mirror in the toilet are broken), it was clean. The breakfast was nothing... More

I stayed here for a long weekend in October 2014. I found the hotel on laterooms site and found the price reasonable. The hotel in my opinion was very close to everything my friend and I wanted + needed. It was pretty easy to get to.. needed to use Google map at first but then okay from then onward. The... More

My partner and I stayed at the Idea Hotel for one night in winter. While it was acceptable for a very short stay, we definitely would not recommend the hotel for more than one night. Wi-Fi is not included and isn't even offered at a reasonable rate- in today's day and age this isn't acceptable from a hotel. The TV... More

I stayed here for work in December. It is clean and in a good location for the city centre, not smack bang in the middle of things but within twenty minutes walk of Duomo. The room was clean if a little compact. The WiFi is not included and is very expensive. But there is a bar nearby called Biclette with... More

We had booked for 2 nights in a superior room and got a normal room because there was a booking problem from there reservation centre. We calmed our booking as we expected but they had no more superior rooms left. So finally had a reasonable discount per night and free Wifi that didn't work on the 7th floor 😕 I... More

I've stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in the last May. very well located hotel, cheap " in Milaano" , very good breakfast and friendly staff. it's only 10-15 mins walking to Domo Milano. the only one problem is the high rate cost for wifi!

The location of the hotel is great: within walking distance to Porta Ticinese and plenty of shops and restaurants. There are some parking spaces available (at a cost) and that is great for Milan city. The rooms are small but ok for a short city visit, clean, the bed was comfortable. It would have been nice to have more towels... More

Located 15 minute walk from the Duomo and 7 minutes from the metro Ambroglio it is a good central location. Forget about the ruins opposite and the graffiti everywhere it isn't a bad area. The rooms are small but clean and modern. Breakfasts are tasty and plentiful and are the usual continental fair. Don't expect haute cuisine but why would... More
