There are two shifts for the receptions. For the morning one, usually two girls, they are very nice and helpful. At night, usually there are two guys who un-helpful and unfriendly. It seems that they don’t like their jobs really. My advice is if anything a bit complicated, then just wait to talk to the girls because those two guys... more

Very good hotel, very good location. Maybe myself and my girlfriend are a bit different to a lot of travellers as we walk everywhere. It is 10minutes walk from milano centrale station (very easy to find as well) and it is a 25 minute walk through the park, past the armani hotel to the duomo. Has a lovely park just... more

The rooms were nice, modern and very clean. The location is within walking distance of the station and there is Tram and Metro stations just around the corner. Also just 2 min. away a lovely park. The breakfast was nice and had resonably good choice. The only downfall was no milk and not enough teabags in the room, but that... more

Me and my wife we stayed at the hotel during our holiday in Milan at the end of DEC until the New Year. The Hotel is just a 2 min walk to the the nearest Metro station and just a metro stop to the CENTRALE. Train station. Rooms are of decent size and clean and the area is quite without... more

We stayed here for two nights at the start and end of our honeymoon. Because we were flying in and out of the airport in Milan (very easy and cheap to take the bus to the central station, then a short taxi ride to the hotel), the fact that this hotel was centrally located was important. The hotel itself is... more

We spent our first two nights in Italy as this hotel and I have to say that generally for a first time visitor to Milan I would not recommend it. The staff were unable to provide even the most basic of information in relation to transport to attractions and always suggested "get a taxi". We found out after exploring on... more

Jolly hotel was clean and presentable. The room was okay but a bit small. The main drawback for my friend and I was the apparent lack of willingness of the staff to be helpful! The receptionist who checked us in, hardly made eye contact with us at all. Also when we had afternoon tea at the bar, the staff were... more

Loved this hotel! It was very modern with super cool decor. The staff people were not super friendly, but tried their best to help us find somewhere to eat nearby. The neighborhood was quite unusual and a tad scary for single girls. The hotel's breakfast buffet was quite good. This hotel was an absolute steal for the price! more

Stayed one night in May. Hotel is located close to main train station. If you are looking for a shopping and dining, this hotel is off from everything. Room was clean, not big but not small either. I asked for a slipper, but answer was "We are all out right now" I also asked for a iron and answer was... more

Located near one of Milan's few public parks "Giardino Publico", very calm despite good traffic connections: Central Station about 1km and Metropolitan train stop "Republicca" nearby, very good breakfast buffet with american style coffee, clean and nice rooms with polished wooden floor in the bedroom. Beds quite hard, which I find ergonomic, bedspread linen-covered blankets. Modern style lobby and restaurant.... more
