Stayed here for the exhibition, they have 2 great staff working in the front desk, they are from philipines and i think they also said they are sisters, nice and friendly , always helpful and smiling, smooth check in, the room was a bit old, toilet a bit cramped, breakfast was very basic, but guys this is a 3 star.... 10th July 2011. excellent hotel ,neat,clean,good hospitality,free excellent breakfast,near to metro, calm location.eager to visit again. wish to make a trip to Milan again and stay here . I have stayed in a seperate room,and my daughter's family in a four bed suite near by .Really an excellant Room and a fantastic suite.

Booked a night here as our last night in Milan before flying out the next morning. Room had an odor that bothered me (but not my wife) and was what I consider basic-at best. The front desk staff during the day was friendly and helpful, but the evening staff could barely understand english (and I could barely understand them).

stayed here on a budget but wished i would of paid that extra to be somewhere else. hotel basic, staff not helpful, room was above the kitchen and very noisy. nothing realy nearby, although there is a tram stop jus round the corner. breakfast was nice but in general ...not impressed
