I recently stayed at the hotel for two weeks and had the benefit of staying in two rooms due to my change of reservaion. All members of staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Easy to find, good service..... But small room, catastrophic status and a wonderfull view on a desolated and dirty backyard on one of Milan's "mini-skyscrapers".
