inside of the hotel is perfect. to reach the main street you need to walk about 200 m not a very good streets. but price performance is above avarage. if you do not mind to see the main street this hotel is not a bad selection. best is wifi free, which is hard to find in milan. more

The hotel was about the best value we could find in the Milan that was decent, the hotel itself was a standard Best Western, nicely decorated, standard continental breakfast, English speaking staff. The only downside was the location, it was a good walk to the centre and Duomo and through a park which i didn't like at night, but I... more

Good location, friendly and hospitable staff but clearly the wrong dimensions of the room! I have never seen anything like it especially for the money they charge... It really did feel like sleeping in one of those Japanese 'tube' hotel rooms at high street prices. On checking, I was told this was the standard single room and believe me, it... more

Location is not bad, about 4 blocks to the Metro and a little bit more walking to the Central Station.; queit neighborhood. The room is simple with updated decor, spotless, very very clean with shiny hardwood floor and toilet that is super clean and well maintained. Breakfast more than adequate. Not your typical Best Western hotel. Internet free at the... more

This was absolutely a gem of a hotel! First time in Milan, I was a bit nervous on what we would expect, but it could not have been better. The staff was the best, all spoke English, and very helpful with directions, good places to eat, let us store our luggage for a few days while we went to Venice... more

The room was small but clean and comfortable. 22" LCD TV in the room. Breakfast was excellent, the best we had during our trip in Europe. Both hot and cold meats were good. There were croissants with different fillings, yogurts and cereals, and all kinds of juices, teas, coffee & cappucinos. There are 2 PCs in the lobby for free... more

Hotel was great, clean. Breakfast was great, spread was good. Only minus point is it is about 600 meters from the Milan Centrale Station but walking distance. Internet was free, but can only use the same password for 3 hours and then u need another password again. Overall, satisfied and value for money........... more

The hotel is in a busy commercial area of Milan right next to Metro station. The staff was very friendly, helpful and easy to deal with on our group of 19 people. The breakfasts were very good. Rooms were typically European very small but nice and clean. No view from my room. more

It is a nice hotel, but not so good as I expected it to be (no. 20 hotel in Milan). My room was quite small for a superior room (the one I booked on internet). It was clean, the staff was kind, the breakfast was good and there was free internet in the lobby. more
