We chose this hotel off of Travelocity as a hotel with last-minute availability within downtown Milan and under $100 per night. It has a great location across from and views of Santa Maria Della Grazie (Last Supper), in a classical, quiet, manor-filled neighborhood. It's a five-minute walk to Malpensa Express to MXP airport (Cadorna station), and about 15 minutes to... More

We had a couple of rooms at Palazzo delle Stelline in August, and it was excellent value for money - I think we had a special deal for August - £51/room/night. The hotel is pretty central - just across the street from Santa Maria delle Grazie and close to Cadorna station (so excellent if you're flying to Malpensa and coming... More

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel which is less than 100 yards from Leonardo's Cenacolo and less than a mile from the Duomo. Despite the great location, the experience was overall disappointing as the room was smelly (windows did not open), with some mould in the shower and the bathroom was definitely in need of refurbishment. Parking facilities are limited... More

We had a really big room (suite), but the bathroom was only a small corner. Layout of the room was a bit impractical - for us. Service at reception and breakfast was adequate, but a bit formal. Very helpful porter when leaving. A final note: coffee at breakfast was the worst I ever had in Italy.

Booked the hotel for two nights because thought that the location is good and needed only a room in a three star (I thought so) hotel. Arrived in the hotel and there was one male receptionist. Said hello and told him that had a reservation for two nights. No welcome greeting, no map of Milan, no help with the luggage,... More

I picked this hotel from the reviews mainly based on convienence. If you don't mind walking, everything in the major attractions can be reached. The Last Supper is across the street by 1/2 block and the Museum of Science and Technology is two blocks around the corner. And the Malpensa Express to the airport is two long blocks away as... More

just stayed here with the family. We has a clean adequate and comfortable room which was quiet and overlooked lovely gardens. The area is safe and well serviced and easy walking distance for all the key sites, or the tram just outside. Book the Last Supper viewing just opposite at least a week before arrival. The old chuch opposite is... More

the building is beautiful but not very well refurbished into a business/tourist hotel with convention center. It's in a very good location to visit the city, next ti the "Last Supper". The receptionist was friendly speaking many languages. Unfortunately our double room number 217 was right above the breakfast room and we could hear the noise from 7am. The decor... More

I enjoyed my stay at the Palazzo delle Stelline. I disagree that the hotel lacks charm and individuality, I bet it has. The old building has been renovated and now forms a convenient hotel with touch of ancient history. In the same building there are some galleries with ancient and contemporary art masterpieces. Location very convenient to explore the city.... More
