The title might say it all. This hotel is very well positioned a short walk (or short tram ride) from the Duomo. The rooms are clean and well proportioned (our had a walk in area in which to place luggage and hang clothes), although not overly furnished. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We would return to stay again.

Excellent staff and hotel!!! The sizes of the superior rooms beats the European standard. I would like to give a special mention to Mr.Ahmed at the front desk who was very professional and helpful. He always went of his way to help the guests at the hotel in guiding the tourist places. I would highly recommend to stay in this... More

I had a very poor experience of this hotel. I was in Milan for 2 days for business meetings and presentations. The hotel is really basic and to my astonishment had no irons at all! I understand that some hotels do not provide irons in each room but I have never come across a hotel which has no irons whatsoever.... More

+ It was quite at night, the rooms are clean and the centre is really close. - My back hurted from the hard bed and the room was really small (we booked a room with 3 beds). The bathroom was really too small for 3 people. - I did not really like the breakfast, you do have enough choise but... More

Very basic hotel, typical large city - small rooms. Though we had booked two identically priced rooms, my friends were allotted a very small room. Bathroom supplies were not carefully replaced - there were no soaps in either bathroom. Proximity to Duomo is the only redeeming feature. I have simply listed the fitness center as average since we did not... More

Basic hotel, ok to stay there for nearby conference, but not a hotel I would visit again. Staff not very friendly, poor room servicing (no dusting, no refill of tea bags, no instant coffee or milk), even when prompted. Breakfast not great either (coffee tasted burned, instant scrambled egg). No iron/ ironing board available. TV only in Italian.

Our room were okay big enough for 3 people. It is quite and clean. Hard bed- two twin bed put together with an extra folding bed on the side. Continental breakfast wasn't that bad. High speed internet 5 euros for 24 hours, you have to log off so you would not waste time if you don't needed. Its a 10... More

I was booked in here on business by my company. Money is not the issue so I will blame the travel company a little. Obviously when you get to a new city you have no idea what is around. Could be dead for miles or a party block one street over that you didn't discover until the last night. So... More

We recently stayed with two connecting rooms. Triple and double. There is one recep at front all the time. Ahmed especially helpful and nice to my kids. 10 min walk to duomo. Cute restaurant nearby for late evening called Bio Pizza. Breakfast ok, normal , but nice. The only problem i had was the wooden floors were not clean at... More

Booked this with Hotel Tonight app. Not sure if this applies to all rooms but mine actually had a walk-in closet! Toilet had a bathtub with jacuzzi functions but didn't use it so not sure if it works. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but the breakfast cafe was slightly below average.
