The hotel is very quiet, next to Ibis hotel, in a good position if your business is in north area of Milan. Nice place, close enough to trams to centre. (minor things; please clean the gutter in the shower, the in-take to the hair-blower, and the water-boiler.) If these things were fixed, we would rate them four or five. Despite of these details, we would very much like to return to Milano and this hotel. more

Well it sounded good on paper! An ugly souless hotel stuck in the middle of a housing estate, some distance out of the city, the mood of some of the reception and restaurant staff seemed to match the building The hotel restaurant and bar were uninspiring and lacked atmosphere and very overpriced but there was nowhere to eat or drink... more
Dear Guest, I'm sorry for you disappointment but everywhere, site, web and obviously, paper, it's write about our location that we're 4 km from city center so you didn't have a wrong information and there are several public transports (tram 4,5,7, bus 42) to reach the city center in 15/20 min. The restaurant prices are the same for all Novotels...
We stayed as 4 people family room was little small for that but ok. hotel was nice' basic. it is not far from the center but we had a car. we did not get the breakfast more
I was disappointed by this hotel, no internet in room and additional charge for park. This hotel can be use to visit the city but not for business more
This is a business class hotel about 10 mnutes from the central train station via bus. Room are tired, but clean. Staff was responsive. Rate was lowest on hotels website. Very good breakfeast. more
