We stayed at hotel monopole for 4 nights. We booked a quadruple room. When we arrived to our room. We saw a double bed and 2 cots. Dirty walls, a broken door cabinet. The matrasses are very hard to sleep on and the pillows are verry flat. We asked to reheat a pizza. Frontdesk said they don't provide that service.... More

If you are only staying a night or so it's a good location to get buses to airport or train. It is also very near the metro to travel around Milan. Our room on arrival smelt of strong disinfectant and the smell lasted the two nights we stayed and having the window opened didn't improve it much. It was very... More

Location was really wonderful - just 5 min away from the train station and few min walk to the subway. However walls are really as if they were made from paper! You can entirely hear everything that is going on in the room next to you. Our first night was a disaster because of a loud neighbors. But on the... More

Dear Guest, thank you for your review! Some of the rooms of the old part of the Hotel ('economy rooms') can actually result noisy... we are working on this issue and hope to offer at your next visit a refurbished room! Nowdays 'superior rooms' in the new part of the Hotel are more confortable and quite, and the price’s difference... More

Other than it being extremely close to the train station, everything about this stay was awful. The hotel isn't in a very nice part of town, and as two girls traveling together we didn't feel very comfortable. When we first got here they put us into a dirty room. Beds unmade, towels on the bathroom floor. When we nicely complained,... More

The Hotel Monopole in Milan is in a great location around the corner from the Central Train Station. It is easy to find, priced very well, has a wonderful breakfast buffett which is included in the cost of the room, and allows free WiFi in every room. From here, one can get anywhere in the city in a matter of... More

Staff was very helpful. You can choose between the newly refurbished ones or the cheaper older ones. We opted for the older ones. Very spatious rooms. Furniture was old but the bathroom was good. Very very clean. Location is excellent being just a couple of minutes walk from the main train station Milano Centrale. We had to leave before they... More

It was really not a very pleasant experience. Me and my friend chose the "economic" room which is like in a normal hostel. Not very clean, noisy and the staff wasn't very friendly either. The only "thing" that separated us from the other room was a door which couldn't be close entirely and therefore we understood everything our neighbours did.... More
