Stayed here twice. Both times i had a wonderful time. Hotel is located in a walking distance from Milano Centrale train station, which is very convenient if you arrive by train. Hotel is not too far from the center of the city. I walked there and back. But If you don't like walking much, you can always use subway, which... More

We spent a few nights here and, apart from there being no kettle in the room, we couldn't fault the hotel at all. We found it exceptionally quiet; the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient; and the room was spotless. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice. The hotel is about five minutes' walk from the central railway station in... More

We choose this hotel for it's closeness to the railway stations (both garibaldi and central). Rooms were very nice, with a splendid bathroom with care for details (such as a little lamp providing enough light for nightly visits to the bathroom). Breakfast was excellent. Reception staff was really very helpful and friendly, with a little seasoning of Italian wit (some... More

The hotel amenities are OK for a 4-star hotel. It's a business like hotel, located near the central train station. The staff is TERRIBLE. The only nice person we found was the cleaning lady. People at the reception were arrogant, and shouldn't work at a hotel. They treat most of their guests like cattle, and a lady at the reception... More

My wife and I stayed here as we needed a hotel in Milano to catch our flight at malpensa the following morning. Honestly, other than the location and the price being decent I wouldn't stay here again. We chose this hotel simply for its location to centrale, which was Perfect and easy to find. The walls in the hotel must... More

Good, convenient location close to Centrale station. Restaurants and cafés nearby and a small supermarket across the road. Comfortable and good sized room. All areas spotless. No balcony in our room but there were a number of outdoor sitting areas. Staff friendly and helpful and provided an excellent recommendation for dinner.

This hotel was very nice, situated between Grand Central Station and the old town centre. Metro and underground were also close by. Took about 15 mins to walk to the Duomo. Entrance area has a large marble foyer with reception and bar area. A decent sized lift took us to the six floor where our room was quiet, reasonable spacious,... More

We had 3 rooms on 2 different nights a week apart due to our travel plans. They were very nice to hold our extra luggage when we went to Greece for 5 days.Rooms very clean with nice bathrooms. Beds and pillows were flat hard slabs. Staff was mixed on friendliness. Half helpful and half unfriendly. Breakfast was very good -... More

I really liked this hotel! Very near the Duomo! The breakfast was very good. The room was nice, the bathroom was big. We will stay there again. A little to expensive at 150 euro per night. But it is a four star hotel.

Very nice hotel with good value for money (for Milano). Near to the central station and the city centre. I stayed 3 nights in December and the experience was very good, I booked with booking and the breakfast was included.
