the Hotel is 3 min walk from Milano Centrale and the Metropolitana. If you travel by train, the Hotel's situation is perfect for your arrival or departure. You can reach the center within 3 - 4 metro stops. the Hotel is clean and quiet. our room on the 4th floor had a small balcony on a courtyard and a window... More

Average hotel near the train station. Of the three concierges one was completely unhelpful but the other two were ok. Several rooms are renovated with decent no-frills furniture and clean bathrooms but we had to be moved three times because the A/C in our room did not work (the temperature outside was about 95 F so it's easy to imagine... Clean rooms - Overall Good Service. The biggest advantage of the hotel is that it is situated near the Milan central station - just a couple of metres away. Overall good experience - apart from the wifi service.

We booked a one-night stay at this hotel based on a recommendation in the Rick Steves' Italy tour book. The main draw of this hotel was the location which is around the corner from the Milan Centrale train station. This is the main reason we booked this hotel because we had an early flight to Malpensa Airport and needed to... More

We paid almost $200 for a night here, it isn't worth more than $100. Room was clean but shabby. Maybe it was because we booked a month in advance because on the day we checked in the going rate was about $100 USD. In all fairness i did not ask them to lower the rate to match the current one.... I arrived and left Milan via the Centrale train station, and went to the lakes by train, so the hotel was ideally located a short walk from the station. The room was nicely appointed and fairly large for a single, but it didn't have air conditioning, so I had to leave the window open to sleep comfortably - not a... More

Further more pass code is only for one terminal. If you use pass code for your laptop, you need to purchase anither new pass code for... More

I ordered this hotel because Rick Steves mentioned it in his guide book. It proves to be wrong. The hotel room is terrible. The shower stand separates from rest room by a single show curtain. Water overflows to the whole rest room when showing. The room is very small, stinks and AC almost not working. They even charge WiFi connection... More

I realize rooms might be scarce and overpriced during World Fair Milano but this was crazy. The room was very clean but basic. No individual soap, shampoo, free Wifi, sheets or modern bed all 0f which you would expect in a 3 star hotel. Front staff were not as helpful as I thought upon arrival,. Great location within 5 minutes walk to Metro... More

Stayed in this hotel with my family of 5 in two rooms one triple and one double. Location near the train station was good. Overall a good room for a good price. Clean and comfortable. Beds were hard, shower was small... typical for European style. Staff was friendly. We arrived about 10:00 AM from the US. Rooms were not ready,... More

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighborhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
