Just returned after a 2day stay. Found female receptionists very helpful and polite, The male receptionist was unhelpfull. Room was big enough and clean, only problem was that it was very hot, we had to have the windows open. Bed was hard and uncomfartable. Conveniently placed for shopping and shopping. Stayed here for two nights in May 08. Really good location, Metro stop right outside door, tram stop closeby also. Only short distance to Duomo on Metro, ten minutes or so.
