The Location is near to Milan Cathedral, walking distance around 5 to 8 mins. The service is really good, rooms are clean and not so big but still okay for 2 person. The nearest MRT station to get here is the Duomo Station. Easy access from airport and to other places in Milan.

We stayed for 4 nights and the location is brilliant. You are a 5min walk up a busy high street and you are at the Duomo, another 5-10 min walk and you are at the castle/gardens and amongst plenty of shops, cafes and the main tourist info centre where you can get the hop on/hop off buses. The reason for... More

Once we arrived, we were able to walk to every attraction that we were interested in seeing. The room was clean and I thought a decent size. The bathroom was equipped with every possible item you would need, toothbrush, razor, etc. As a tip, we booked our room through Otel. I had never used them before but we got a... More

We booked this on a lastminute special deal. It was very reasonably priced and after reading the reviews I expected a disappointing hotel. It was not disappointing at all. We have stayed in many hotels this trip and whilst not the best, this hotel is No way a bad hotel. This hotel is a good example of a well maintained... More

We stayed there for 3 days and found the staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a great position to visit all the attractions and is up a small lane with a red carpet to welcome you when you arrive. We found we could walk to all attractions with no problems. We found the room to be a... More

This is very Italian style hotel located close to Duomo and city center. Nice service and fair prices. Small disadvantages - hostel in front of main entrance (quite noisy during the night) and very tight parking. But this is acceptable. Breakfast always same - I stayed one week and every morning we had same choice. I did not use restaurant.... More

My father is in the early stages of Alzheimers, even though he doesn't want to admit it. We got seperated at the train station, which was the second time this had happened on our trip. This little gold mine is up a tiny little alley, its built like a rabbit warren, reasonably priced, close to all the night life and many of the sights. Staff are very very friendly, upsized my bed on request and have an excellent knowledge of the local area, speaking pretty good English.

Staying in Navigli

Neighborhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
