The hotel was difficult to find and the instructions given were incomplete. The host upon arrival acted like he didn't have time for us, was sourly and never made eye contact. I would definitely recommend this hotel. For a 3-star hotel: a really good value for money. The room was very clean. The furnitures and bathroom fixtures were modern and very functional. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was ample. Not far from the city centre- which can easily be reached on foot. Lots of boutiques nearby.... more

The hotel is fantastic, the rooms are very confortable and very beutiful. It's a pleasure to stay just one night there. It is a bit expensive, but it worthwhiles! more

Myself and my partner stayed here for one night, the hotel was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and we had a proper double bed. The breakfast was also very good and a perfect location for exploring the city. more

We had asked for a room in a high floor with a view, if possible, and they put us in room 802, which is on the top floor. It was huge, the bathromm was huge, and had a big varanda, with a view. This hotel is very different from the "regular" ones, particularly in Europe. It is all about efficiency with "smart" lights turning on and off and other features that are present only in new places. it is a good value given its proximity to the city center and breakfast is ok. more

Situated a couple of metro stops from the Duomo, this hotel is in an excellent location. My room was elegantly furnished with an amazing shower. There was a wide selection in the breakfast buffet and real Italian coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Milan. more

A lovely hotel where the front desk could not do more for us. We had a massive room with a balcony and excellent view. The hotel was really well located with the abilty to walk or get public transport to most of the city. After a slight problem with room on one night we were immediatly moved with no fuss... more
