I found this hotel very impressive. Location is superb, you can walk to Scala, Duomo in 10 minutes, and there are plenty of restaurants within 2-3 blocks. The staff is very helpful, rooms are clean and well maintained. Beds are comfortable, breakfast is plenty and simply fantastic. I don't think I have ever been a hotel, that served better food... Stayed two nights with family members. If you want to walk to the main shopping district of Milan, the hotel's location is good. However, supermarkets are far from the hotel. The check-in process was very slow. The two employees behind the check-in counter were very unhelpful to the guests that happened to be there, while we were observing, and later... More

20 minutes from Milan Linate airport. Approx 20 euros, credit cards often not accepted. From Malpensa more than 100 euros by taxi and takes much longer. Fairly old hotel but nice staff. Rooms somewhat rugged. No iron in the room so i was asked to go to the ironing room on another floor. Not nice at midnight after a long... More

The hotel is near the Piazza Duomo, 10 min wlaking time (maybe a little bit less). We paid 100 euros per night which is OK, but could be better. The breakfast was average, the lobby wasn't good at all. The room had a nice bathroom but the beds seemed like being in a 3-star hotel at its best. We had... More

This is a very expensive hotel for what you get. Some of the staff at reception are very rude and not helpful. They charge you 39 euros per day for parking your car in a private open bay at the rear of the building. The beds and the bathroom is very average for the high price you are charged per... More

Good location, nice hotel, friendly staff but value for money isn't good. Small room need renovation. Breakfast is good but in Italy we expect better. Overall has potential for improvement , defiantly must lower cost.

Our room was nicely appointed. In our travels in Italy the beds tend to be hard - this one was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but the fixtures were good.
