We stayed in this hotel for one night before flying home from a cruise. It is situated just two minutes walk from Milan's central station. Check in was easy and the receptionist was extremely helpful. We paid 12 euros extra to get free wifi and free use of the mini bar. The room was absolutely amazing, newly refurbished with a... More

Great location for trains as close to milan central station which has too many beggars n rough sleepers at the entrance n on platforms. Rooms servers nice but addition of rugs is needed. Very comfy beds. Slow internet. Lobby n breakfast areas are dated n undergoing some work.

super clean, recently renovated, modern contemporary furnishings and fittings, spacious room and bathroom and conveniently close to milano centrale. they even have a pillow menu. great value considering what we paid. doors open with a very loud buzz which you can hear even inside the room, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Ideally located just 5 minutes walk from the train station. Probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room was spacious, with contemporary decor, king size bed, large on suite, fee safe and very quiet. Breakfast included a hot menu, and continental, and was very good. Would defiantly recommend anyone visiting Milan to check their website.

Very shabby lobby (definitely needs improvement) and stressed out front office / check-in staff. Coldest check-in of all our 15 days in Italy. Very busy, very impersonal and almost combative in attitude. Certainly not 4 star material and staff made big issues of giving an iron into the room. Plus point is the clean and spacious room.

Here I often heard: there is nothing we can do for you. This is the territory of UNA. If you want to stay here, you have to strictly follow up their rules. No feeling of being helped. Nothing is negotiable here. Stayed 2 nights and did not get the room service. Complaint is useless here. I even don't think that... More

Stayed 3 nights for leisure. Only a 5min walk from Centrale Station. Room was very spacious and recently renovated with high quality furnishings. Massive comfy Queen bed, large brand new LG TV with Sky including Sports, MiniBar, excellent walk-in Grohe rainfall double shower. Breakfast was best we encountered during our stay in Italy. Only slight negative is that it's not... More
