Miserable, unhelpful staff, shabby room with dust floating out from under the broken beds, noisy and inefficient plumbing and walls that are too thin! Great location about 5 minutes from central train station,clean and crisp. Great bathroom- really wonderful tub and shower head. Great price for our transit through Milan and about 5 minutes as well from the subway. Definately recommend as far as location and ease of a day trip or transit through Milan.
