The hotel is conveniently located and fairly modern. Our room was not big but clean, and breakfast was excellent. However, the service in the hotel was unbelievably bad. We returned to our room at about 10 pm after dinner. The air conditioner was not working. This was one of the days when the temperature in Milan reached 100 degrees Fahrenheit.... More

The hotel is big but staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was smallish but had a king size bed and was clean and well maintained. The breakfast that was included in our room rate was outstanding. A buffet that spread over four or five tables, we enjoyed this generous start to our day.

Loved the hotel .. Very clean and organized .. The interior is beautiful and modern in addition to having a carpark for rented cars .. The staff were friendly and its only 7 minuets walk from the domo and shopping area .. Defiantly recommending it !

Nice Hotel couple minutes walk from the Duomo square. WiFi that works (room and lobby), with easy log-in. Basic four star hotel breakfast. Rooms are modern and well equipped (big flat screen TV). Modern bathroom provides good comfort. Staff friendly, but not nothing extra. Pictures of the Hotels homepage match 100%. Comparing to other four Hotels visited during our seven... More

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, ideally located, walking distance to all the attractions. The room are very nice and clean. The air conditioning was excellent and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of variety of fruits and other stuff. Whenever I go back would stay in this hotel.

The room looks much more modern and high end in the website then the actual room. it looked old and even it had a bath tub, the tiles in the edges were dirty.. it's a big scale hotel, not boutique hotel, and the check-in process was like a mess. they gave me the wrong key and i had to go... More

We stayed here 2 nights. The hotel staff is friendly. They have a very good breakfast buffet and good service in the morning. This hotel is walking distance to the Duomo and the Galleria mall with tons of restaurant choices nearby. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only issue we had here was waiting times... More

The service of this hotel is the worst, slow response, made mistakes. I stayed here for my business trip and my company agent had paid all for me but the receptionist requested me to pay for the rooms when I checked in, as it's around 2am, I just paid all they said to let myself can take a shower and... Our group of friends stayed at this delightful NH hotel in the center of Milan. The property is modern and rooms are pleasant with small outdoor balconies. The rooms have all the necessary amenities for travelers (safe, in-room coffee, bottled water and toiletries). The beds were comfortable and service didn't mind my request for extra pillows. Breakfast is served on... More

Staying in Centro Storico

Neighborhood Profile
Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
