Stayed in this hotel for two nights with family of three on the fag end of a trip coming from Switzerland. Large hotel near the Milano Centraal, somewhat within walking distance if you are unburdened with suitcases. But not far enough for a taxi!. We learned it the hard way on a very hot July day!. Better catch a taxi... More

Stayed for 2 nights August 2015 - lovely modern room, just missing a tea tray. Fantastic breakfast - great service. Hotels offers a free wifi device that you can take out and about with you during your stay, enabling you to connect to social media etc wherever you are. We could see the Duomo (cathedral) from our room. Lovely park... More

Stayed in Hotel for 2 nights as part of Globus tour. Very modern rooms and comfortable. Free WiFi was appreciated. Ideal location to Metro and into the City Centre. Doesnt have a guest laundry which would have been nice to use on tour. Breakfast was excellent and Hotel service was fine too.

I stayed in the hotel for a period of 2 months between June and July. The location of the hotel is ideally situated between the Duomo and the stazione centrale. A park is situated next to the hotel. The rooms are of a respectable size and the beds are very comfortable. The service was good as well.

The breakfast is better than other places in Milano. Great location next to the park for morning walk, esp when you have a jetlag Couple great restaurants next to it Super convenient to metro and it is felt like a safe area I hate old or ancient hotel, even with great history, esp on business. This one is modern and... More

I recently returned from a few week tour of Europe and stayed in several NH Hotels. When booking this one, i accidentally booked for the wrong night, immediately called to change it when i realized my mistake and was given the runaround due to the fact that i had prepaid. I was told someone would call me back, which did... More

It is an excellent hotel with the closest station Republica...Just another 10mins walk and you are at Milan Centralina.. it has a good connectivity of trains to Maplensa Airport. The room i stayed was a bit small, but had all the basic amenities...The hospitality of the staff at the reception and at the restaurant was excellent..The nearby places are the... More

Hotel location was good, 15-20 min walk to the Duomo. However our experience in milan could have been much better if the staff of the hotel were nice. They were simply rude and unhelpful, we have stayed in the NH brand hotels in italy before. Yet we have not experienced this kind of rude staff. Breakfast was very average, I... More

The web promotion for free tickets for Expo 2015 was not assumed. After needless discussions at the reception, we didn't receive what was promised by subscribing as a member. The breakfast buffet was too small.

We went there for business and the hotel is ideally located in the center of Milan. The rooms are large, the breakfast is one of its advantages. It is a good quality vs. Price ratio. The only negative aspect of the hotel is the reception: we spent 4 hours in a train and the person did not even look at... More

Staying in Brera

Neighborhood Profile
Brera
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
