Great hotel, lovely staff. All very helpful. Useful location, walking distance to everything. We got a deal off travel bids and only paid 55euro per night. The staff is uncaring and rude. We sat for hours awaiting a room after having a reservation for months ahead, while others walked in without a reservation and were accomadated at once. Then when we did get the room it was dark, small and noisy with a view of a lovely dumpster!!!! Never again!!! more

I stayed at the Touring Hotel for just one night. the reason of my travel was business. The hotel is very nice. It has a perfect location, near the tube, not far from the centre and in a nice area in Milan. The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast was very good and the stuff very kind! more

I have stayed in plenty of hotels in Milan but none where I have actually felt like there was such a big double standard between the way they treat guests of different nationalities. Just listing the facts- 1: Doorman whose face always looks so unimpressed and pompus (seriously, he's a doorman), stands outside with his little raincape but doesn't help... more

Halfway between the train station and the center. Can do both by foot easily. The staff is great and the rooms are very comfortable. Has in-room internet which was very convenient and relitively cheap. Would stay here again for sure. more
