Great: Great big rooms. Good beds. Walkin closet. Big balcony. Big big lobby. Bar. Restaurent. Outdoor areas to relax and enjoy nights. Wooden floors - no carbets. Not so great: Internet is not free. Seems old, but yet it is refurbished so it is ok. Transit to city center is bad. Taxi to mxp is like 100 eur. Also a... More

This hotel is in a very poor location with outdated rooms, I am also convinced there were bedbugs as I was covered in bits in the morning. The breakfast was beyond appalling and inedible, the lifts were often out of service so basically I would advise not staying at this hotel as can not think of any redeeming qualities.

Rooms very outdated with limited facilities ( no iron available in a 4*hotel!) wifi is also day light robbery (€12 a day for a laptop and €9 for a phone, plus you pay per device?!?) Not a great location for restaurants. Breakfast acceptable but very basic. Bar food extortionate and not nice at all. Extremely poor value for money.

I've been using the Quark Hotel for many years as a base to get to HJHeinz offices which are nearby. Due to the proximity to the city centre (it's not - it's roughly a 4 mile walk from Central Stazione) it's on the cheaper side - and the location really does show this. There's no train station nearby - instead... More

This hotel is in the worst, most inconvenient location possible. A walk from this hotel to the main city is impossible, and taking a taxi still takes over an hour to get there!! The hotel itself looks like a brothel! A nice lobby but rooms are very old and very 'green' in design. Green walls, Green furniture, too much! Beds... More

The hotel is a 3* rather than a 4*, but has the potential to be up there with the best. I would say that the area let's the hotel down as it is quite neglected which doesn't help the hotel. The grounds need a good gardener, however the inside was clean and tidy and the room large and immaculate albeit... More

This is a hotel situated in the midst of an industrial zone. Hence, should you wish to eat in Milan it involves crossing several lanes of traffic, and a 20 min walk. There is a courtesy bus, but it was like a phantom. Rooms are v large and suitable if you have a lot of work to do. Seventies style... More

We stayed at this hotel because the others in the area were fully booked. While the hotel is large (and outdated), there is another reason that this hotel sells out last. Service is nonexistent with the exception of housekeeping, which does a very good job. Breakfast buffet is extremely limited, especially in a 4 star hotel. Finding a clean table... More

Stayed here for a conference in December and its such a shame that the location is so inconvenient. I felt a little anxious walking on my own to the tram or metrolink which is a good 10 or 20 min walk respectively. Rooms were comfortable but a little outdated....so missed tea or coffee in my room! Food in the hotel... More

Stayed at the Quark for a conference which was at the hotel, and having a meeting there would be the only reason to stay there. It is isolated, a twelve euro or more ride into the center of the city. You can also get into the city on a tram which is about a 10 min walk from the hotel.... More
