This hotel is in the worst, most inconvenient location possible. A walk from this hotel to the main city is impossible, and taking a taxi still takes over an hour to get there!! The hotel itself looks like a brothel! A nice lobby but rooms are very old and very 'green' in design. Green walls, Green furniture, too much! Beds... More

The hotel is a 3* rather than a 4*, but has the potential to be up there with the best. I would say that the area let's the hotel down as it is quite neglected which doesn't help the hotel. The grounds need a good gardener, however the inside was clean and tidy and the room large and immaculate albeit... More

This is a hotel situated in the midst of an industrial zone. Hence, should you wish to eat in Milan it involves crossing several lanes of traffic, and a 20 min walk. There is a courtesy bus, but it was like a phantom. Rooms are v large and suitable if you have a lot of work to do. Seventies style... More

We stayed at this hotel because the others in the area were fully booked. While the hotel is large (and outdated), there is another reason that this hotel sells out last. Service is nonexistent with the exception of housekeeping, which does a very good job. Breakfast buffet is extremely limited, especially in a 4 star hotel. Finding a clean table... More

Stayed here for a conference in December and its such a shame that the location is so inconvenient. I felt a little anxious walking on my own to the tram or metrolink which is a good 10 or 20 min walk respectively. Rooms were comfortable but a little outdated....so missed tea or coffee in my room! Food in the hotel... More

Stayed at the Quark for a conference which was at the hotel, and having a meeting there would be the only reason to stay there. It is isolated, a twelve euro or more ride into the center of the city. You can also get into the city on a tram which is about a 10 min walk from the hotel.... More

Very inconvenient location. It's not located in a particular nice area of the city and therefore adds to the inconvenience. You can find places with very good deals in better areas of the city for the same price this hotel offers. It is not very easy to get from the closest metra station. I was here for a meeting and... This hotel is very bad if you compare to others 4 star hotels. And to be honest i really don't se anything that would give them 4 stars. The location is horrible very far away from everything that would be considered interesting in Milano. Outdated rooms and they are strange looking with lot of outdated furniture. The elevators look like... More

We stayed here during an arranged trip. The hotel is 1:15 walk to the cathedral or 20 mins and 15€ by taxi. Very hard to walk from hotel with its location, have to cross grassy areas and divided roadways. Room service is pricey but good, we utilized breakfast. Has a shuttle to nearest metro station weekdays only. The bar is... More

We stayed here for two nights as part of a tour. We had been relocated a week before our departure. A long way from the centre, but we had a coach supplied for our tour members. The lobby/bar was huge with white leather sofas. Room was large with desk, settee and armchair. Big walk in wardrobe with safe and fridge... More
