Booked a short city break in Milan, staying at the Hotel Raffaello, via British Airways website. First, although the public transport network in Milan is fairly good and quite inexpensive, be advised to plan your journey from the airport in advance. The reason for this is that the nearest Metro stop is quite a walk from the hotel, however, the... More

Good hotel with great service - fast check-in and check-out. The rooms are confortable and they are equiped with everything you need. The hotel is located approx. 6km from the main train station away (10 min Taxi drive).

We booked a city break in Milan via BA and took a chance on this hotel which came with the package. Good decision! The hotel is clean and friendly, but lets you get on with your holiday. Excellent breakfast included which fuels you up well past lunch (but you are in Italy so maybe not!), the lifts work, reception area... More

Booked by a friend who lives in Milan so did not choose it but will certainly be booking again as although the room was a little jaded it was very well appointed & very, very clean. Some of the most helpful staff I've you'd ever wish to find anlong with a great breakfast service. It is a little out of the... More

We found this hotel by chance but it was a very lucky find. The hotel is inviting as you enter it and everything else supported that good impression. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and modern with every facility we would expect. The breakfasts were amongst the best I have ever had at a large hotel for both quality and... More

The location was excellent with the tram stopping just in front of the hotel.. Still, it was a bit outside downtown, but the area was very good with excellent restaurants. The restaurants in the area was cheaper compared to the ones we found in the city center. Excellent breakfast.

Stayed here for a conference at Fiera Milano. The hotel looks as though it was last refurbished 30+ years ago. Having said that the rooms are clean but very basic. For a business hotel the lack of iron and ironing board facilities was very annoying. The only way to iron shirts etc is to use the cleaning service which charged... More

We're here because of the last experience to stay in the next hotel was great, but occupied this time! So, we're trying this hotel because of the convenient location with tram 14. It was only the first night we've checked in, but everything's awful! Room setting was fine, but dusty on the heater tube! Hotel is in 4-star, but the... More

Stayed in Raffaello, Millan in August 2013 for 4 nights when on a conference. Travelled single, stayed single :) Rooms were comfortable, with a soft bed, a chair, table, big enough wardrobe with a safe. A small refrigerator with chocolates and a mini bar. Milan was very warm (or hot) in during my stay, AC in the room not the... More

We stayed at the Raffaello hotel for three nights and it was an excellent stay for the money we paid. In front of the hotel there is a stop of tram number 14 that takes you to the very center of Milan (Duomo). The taxi to the center was not expensive. The hotel stuff was very welcoming, helpful and friendly.... More
