Very satisfied with service, room and full buffet breakfast (best ever in Europe). Received a very good deal ($120US through Hotwire). Only difficulty was finding hotel from closest metro station, however other than that, seamless visit. more

We've had a wonderful experience staying at the UNA Mediterraneo Hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with questions. The hotel room was clean and pleasant. We can even see the spire of the Duomo from our room. The metro station is only two minutes walk. The only issue with the hotel was that the breakfast sausage is a... more

The hotel was built in 70-s, but well maintained. The size of rooms is closer to 3 stars, but the bed is very comfortable. The service is excellent. The breakfast was the best that we ate in Italy. 5 minutes walk to underground station. There are good pizzeries and trattories close to the hotel. more

A visit to Bocconi University brought me to the Una Mediterraneo. It was a nice hotel, but I would never choose it for the neighborhood. There are restaurants nearby, but the general neighborhood leaves a few somethings to be desired. It certainly caters to the business crowd, although its internet was not functioning when we were there (it did if... more

Not a pleasant experience. Hotel is significantly overpriced, and service is very bad. Arrived on Sat. Asked for an iron. Reception: "no iron". Were we supposed to bring iron with us to a 4-star hotel? Breakfast is bad. Basic cheese, uninspiring ham. No juice - juice drinks taste like chemicals. On top of that, very small breakfast hall, difficult to... more

A lot of hotels in Italy are overrated, and this is one of them. Staff were nice, and breakfast buffett, though not incredible, was fine. The room was unbelievably small and worn out. You barely had room to walk from the side of the queen bed to the wall, on both sides. We got a corner room close to the... more

It's my third trip to Milan and I have stayed in different hotels in Fiera and near the Termini. Una Mediterraneo may not have the chic or gorgeous deco you may perhaps expect from a 4-star in Italy, but it's very comfortable, clean and close to every thing, as long as you do not mind using the metro. The hotel... more

Despite being on the outskirts of Milan the metro is only two blocks from the hotel, you purchase your metro ticket at the magazine stand at the bottom of the stairs as you enter the subway and the cathedral is three stops away. I did have some problems getting back to the hotel and could not for the life of... more

Very modern hotel in Milan, about a 5 min walk to the Metro and just two stops from the Duomo and shopping centre of Milan. Really nice rooms and very pleasant surroundings more
