Actual visit was on August 2014. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice sized rooms and the area is quite quiet, so the experience is pretty relaxing. Breakfast buffet is decent and is a good deal with the accommodation for the price paid. Also, its worth noting that there is a McDonald's and many local, good italian restaurants in walking distance... More

It's a pity Italy can't have its own proper four star hotel chain. UNA tries but this hotel is definitely a 3 stars, nice service they also upgraded me to a double single use but the structure itself doesn't leave any hope. Rooms are tiny and old, cleaning is average , parking is quite inconvenient in a street behind the... More

This was my second visit to the Una Hotel Mediterraneo, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room comfortable and quiet. I was checked in and out with efficiency, and when my room key stopped working the young man at the front desk changed it for me very quickly and helpfully. The breakfast buffet was very nice,... good Hotel in Milan, not expensive, good service, and nice clean rooms. Newspaper in the morning, good choice for breakfast. a good solution when traveling for business, if you do not want to spend a fortune. the area is quiet, you can have a good rest. you can reach the Duomo of Milan and other attractions in 5 minutes by... The hotel is good, not luxury or grand, but comfortable. The problem is they put me in a single bad tiny room, even though I had a king bad booking. The explanation was that they were overbooked. That is not an acceptable reason though. The room was claustrophobic. After much insisting they put me in the correct room from the... More

Una hotel Milano is a hotel with good staff, fairly ok breakfast (the breakfast staff is great), clean standard rooms, but not for the price you have to pay. Milano is an expensive city, I know, but you can get better location and standard at other places and other cities. If the profit goes to the hard working staff, I... More

Quite good but there is a lot to improve. In my opinion the staff should behave more professionally. Room was clean but you could find there some imperfection like ripped bed sheet. I think you could find a better hotel nearby.

Good stay here. Good location for access to the metro. Staff very helpful at reception. Rooms certainly adequate, clean and comfortable, however rather small. Free minibar was a nice touch for both morning and evening drinks. Breakfast was nothing special and the coffee was unpalatable, even after having requested a 'fresh' pot it tasted stewed. Lovely wine bar just up... More

Very comfortable and spacious room (compared to another hotel in a historic property we stayed at earlier in the trip) with actually functional A/C (which makes a difference in the heat of the summer!). Nice variety including healthy options for breakfast. Location is not ideal but still good and close enough to the action that you can take a cab... More

Let's start that you need to climb a flight of slippery marble stairs with your luggage to get to the front desk. The inside of the hotel tries to be funky modern, but didn't work for me. I was given a room and went to the room in a tiny, tiny elevator that barely fit both me and my bags.... More

Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your comment about your experience at UNA Hotel Mediterraneo even you didn’t stay with us. The energy of the Mediterranean vegetation is the leitmotif that runs throughout the major restyling project on 2012 and I’m so sorry that you didn’t appreciate our design. I’m also a bit disappointed that you didn’t check before leaving... More
