My colleagues suggested me this hotel in Milan, I had to go for work. The location was perfect, just 400 meters from the office. I didn't book the room on my own, so I didn't have the chance to have a look at other reviews. When I saw them I got scared, of course. But I can't say they were... More

Just opposite to road. Negative - Very old ...... everything Cramped room Very poor wi fi - We could not use internet... More

The hotel was in an excellent location for us, just a short walk from the Mico convention centre. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful but that is where the positive comments stop. The hotel is in dire need of some money spending on it with air conditioning that doesn't work so the rooms are unbearably hot, the pillows are... More

Not for tourists, no shops around, extremely poor location, mainly residential area. One evening all public transport closed without notice. The only way to go back was "walk or private taxi". It took us one and a half hour to walk back from city. Terrible service, staff do not respect customers and every time you went in and out, they... More

Possibly the worst service I've ever experienced at a hotel, and I am a frequent traveler. The person working at the front desk, Emanuele, was so inexplicably rude and confrontational that it started off the stay on the completely wrong foot. The room was dark, the bed uncomfortable, and it didn't even have normal bar soap for amenities (also only... More

This is not a 4 star hotel. The room was very small, needed some maintenance. The staff isn't friendly nor helpful. They tried to bill us for drinks from the minibar that we hadn't taken - they found some empty bottles, but we had bought them in a bar while returning to the hotel; I can't believe they didn't check... The only advantage of this hotel is its location right near the Metro entrance (Lotto station). On the other hand, you can hear the trains coming all night long in your room :D Rooms interior - nothing to rave over. No hotel shampoos, creams are provided though it is advertised on the hotel web page. Not a big deal, but... More

Nice hotel, not 4*. It's too far from the city center but the Lotto metro station is in front of the hotel. The bus to Malpensa Airport stops 1 km from the hotel. Rooms are small but clean. You have to pay for Wi-Fi.

Our initial booking was in Mokinba in Milan, but due to flooding we were transferred to this hotel. The hotel was fine enough, but sadly further from Milan centre, of course. The receptionist was not very happy with the transfer, given his bold and unfriendly attitude.

This hotel is not so bad, but definitely not 4*! The room was extremely small. It was really hard to find a place even for shopping bags. The bed was good and air condition worked well! Room was Smoking, however we asked for non-smoking. We didn't feel any smell, but there was some dust around the carpet (the room is... More
