First send me in a smoking room even with non smoking reservation. Then called reception to ask how the AC would turn on and was told they don't turn the system on currently, 4star hotel?!?! When arrived back from a dinner had to walk up the 7 floor because elevators were now not working neither. View, your are srrounded by... More

I was going to have a surgery operation in an hospital nearby, so my father reserved in this 4 stars hotel the night before checking in to the clinic, sadly without checking the Hotel on tripadvisor. It was a terrible experience: Bad smell in the bathroom and in the room, the air was pretty heavy. The wall-to-wall carpet (moquette) was... More

the hotel at first sight is unkept with falling plaster on the outside and dirty rugs at the desk, no bellman or luggage assistance. the rooms are lovely, but no plug in in the bathroom, the light switch near the bathtub is not a light switch, but an alarm, in case of a fall, i guess. so, 5 mins into... Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in February as I needed to attent a course that was given nearby. Did I make a mistake! The hotel is clean and modernish and has the look and feel of being of an office building. Staff, if you ever can find one, is efficient to the bone: iaw pay, shut up and... More

Very clean hotel and I must confess I slept very well (with earplugs) but the walls are paper thin and the surroundings are like blown out buildings. Good rate but far from anything. Not for the tourist. Maybe for the business man on a budget.

Let me start with the good points: big room, nice breakfast, nice restaurant... Now, I`m a rough traveller and will never mind to walk for hours, and take trains and stuff, but this hotel is really far way from everything. Really. I guess I was closer to Germany than Milan. If you try to go downtown by train, when you... More

Had to stay here as I was stranded during the UK airport closures. Very depressing hotel in the middle of nowhere (40mins by cab), up north. There is absolutely nothing near the hotel. Very basic room. Very worn. Basic bathroom with basic toiletries. They give you one small bottle of liquid for washing both your hair & body. Maybe the... More

Breakfast offered in this property in terms of choice and quality makes most of the five star hotels I stayed in Italy look poor. However apart from that and the room space, the rest is just above average, slightly worn out furniture. If you don't mind traveling with a railway to downtown, then don't mind the surroundings, which are kind... More

I stayed here twice for business - the second time for 60 Euro per night. for this money you get spacious rooms and a breakfast that includes some fruit and salad - not just sweets. so from this perspective you get a lot for 60 Euro in Milan however: - you are in the middle of nowhere in a depressing...
