This is very simple hotel and good enough to spent 1-2 nights. Furniture in worn, and nothing special in room decoration. But there is tv, toilet and shower. Bedclothes and towels are clean, what was most important thing for us. Breakfast is ok = what you can wait from this type of hotel. Location is very good. It is only... More

I reached there on19 th June with my family of 2 young kids and my wife. As we have requested for 2 interconnected room from our travel site but the reception told us that they don't receive this message. Any how after they gave us the room one in 4 the floor no 404 and other is in basement no... More

Staff is very unfriendly and rude, especially breakfast staff. Rooms are not equiped (ex. no wardrobe in our room, broken shower, non-functional electric plugs, etc.). Wondering, how possible they are a 4*hotel. Will never ever come back. Big NO!

The staff were so-so. The guys at the breakfast were terrors. Banging the cutlery and the glass when you arrived slightly early. The bed was another disaster. Always creaking when we turned. There was cockroach in our room. Never again.... If you havent booked this hotel yet make sure you don't. Although we didn't spend much time in the hotel... More

On the plus side this hotel is clean and the staff are pleasent and helpful. Although it is on a main road there is virtually no noise from either this or the Metro nearby. However......the hotel itself is basic in the extreme, and the continental breakfast (with the exception of the coffee) is average at best. Worst of all the... More

The hotel is definitley not a 4 star hotel. The customer service was dreadful and the room was untidy. If you havent booked this hotel yet make sure you dont. Although I didnt spend much time in the hotel any second i did it made the holiday worse.

The hotel was average. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel as advertised. I would recommend this hotel only if you are in Milan for a night or two and not spending much time at the place. If you are planning to stay longer, it's best if you stay at a hotel nearer to the city center!!

Having read previous reviews I was prepared for the worst and found myself pleasantly surprised. Here's a very long but thorough review: Hotel Adam is a decent Italian hotel, with 59 rooms over 7 floors, somewhat like a large bed and breakfast. Four Star Rating: Italy, like many nations, has its own rating system for hotels. Within Italy, some regions... More

Lovely location. Only 40 m from underground. Poor breakfast, only bread and eggs. Nice staff. This is the biggest joke of a hotel I've stayed. It's supposed to be 4-star. There's no minibar or fridge; air conditioning hardly works; Internet costs 9 to 12 euro per 24 hours; toilet seat was broken; TV had no remote. Electricity went out for half an hour, and the answer of receptionist was "I don't know what to do".... More
