I have stayed at this hotel twice now for business trips. As the hotel is an old building it is very noisy and you can hear almost everything from the surrounding rooms. Location is good and only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited.

Stayed two nights in February on 6th floor. The room was a good size with ample cupboard space, a good bed and modern en suite facilities. It was quiet and comfortable. Only comment is that despite hundreds of tv channels none were in english, but hey you're in Italy. Breakfast good, both cooked and cold. Great coffee although bit of... More

The hotel is located close to Milan Centre. The room was big and clean. There is a nice choice of caffes and restaurants close to the hotel. The breakfast was great and they serve a wide variety of food. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel has a good location, close to the metro station and a short walk 10/15 from the centre & the Duomo, with some cafes & bars close by. Friendly staff on reception who were always there to greet and help. The room was a bit dated, apart from the bathroom which was more modern. The bed was uncomfy and... More

The hotel is located right in the center of everything. A short walk from the Moscova metro station. A few minutes walk from Parco Sempione and a short walk from the Doumo (milan cathedral). The staff were very nice and friendly. The room was cozy and clean. The breakfast served here is of a continental kind so you have coffee,... More

The hotel was great value for money, with a clean, comfortable room. The location was great, just a minutes walk from the Moscova metro station, meaning its easy to get to when arriving in Milan by train/plane. When arriving via the metro, make sure you leave via the Garibaldi exit, as we left by the wrong one and took a... More

It was an okay stay and wouldn't stay more than 2 nights. Good location, 15 minutes to walk to the centre, staff were fairly friendly but very dated interior and the bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was okay not very much hot food choice. It was a cheap hotel so you pay for what you get.

Service from reception was very good and Andreas (hope I remembered his name correctly, but apologise if I got it wrong) was very informative and recommended an excellent little restaurant that was walking distance from the hotel. Hotel was clean and is really close to all major sights in Milan. Good for an overnight when traveling through Italy. You can... More

Hotel is a great location - only a 100 meters from a Metro station and within easy walking distance of many attractions. The staff was most helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bed and pillows were also very comfortable. If I return to Milan I will definitely stay there a second time. Breakfast was better than normal with... More

Great little fashionable hotel, close to everything you need, well kept hotel very clean and reasonably priced. Really enjoyed my stay here, perfect for lone traveller. Would recommend to anyone. View isn't the best but that's the only negative I have

Staying in Brera

Neighborhood Profile
Brera
Brera captures the real essence of the city. It is an excellent mix between history and modernity, where tradition meets innovation. Here design and beauty reign. On Via Brera there are the famous Pinacoteca (galleries), the National Gallery of Modern and Antique Art, and the Academy of Fine Arts. Interior design boutiques and intellectual cafes are typical of the district. Walking along Via Madonnina is a must to admire the architecture of buildings and the design stores. On Sundays, going to the local market is an unmissable opportunity for fashion, style and art. Tucked away, there is the Orto Botanico di Brera botanical garden that seems like a painting framed in an ancient fairy structure. Last but not least, it’s worth a visit to Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli with its Planetarium, the Civico Museo di Storia Naturale (Natural History Museum).
