Vincenzo was very helpful and flexible. He kindly let us check in well after midnight when our train was delayed and was fast in responding to our emails. He also gave us a map and information on the city which was great because we didn't know much. He was available for whatever help we needed. The room was large, adequately... More

This was my second stay in Milan, after my trip in Sicily. The owner was charming and very flexible with the hours for checkin and checkout. This B&B is great situated in proximity of a charming area with beautiful old houses. It was a pleasure to walk around. My room was very clean, with safebox, minifridge.Wifi was OK.The bed was very comfortable.The... More

Vincenzo is a great host and a wealth of information he really made the stay a great one for us. Upon arrival he sat us down and talked us extensively through a map of the main sights, trams and different areas for shopping, eating and "famous people watching"!! The rooms are clean, tidy and large. The shared bathroom was spotless... More

Had a great stay in April before to take a plane to Sicily. The location is fantastic, in proximity of Piazza Venezia.Everything is within walking distance.I choose to take the tram, number 9 for Stazione Centrale, number 23 for Duomo. But it was very easy to travel by subway or walk around.I felt completely safe out walking at night which is important... It was a great surprise to stay here. Vincenzo is very helpful, the room has a good size and it's clean, the bathroom is spotless clean and it's of walking distance to some tourist attractions, like Brera and the Quadrilatero d'Oro. You can get there by subway or by tram. The tram leaves the Milano Centrale Train STation and it... More

Excellent value for money. Close to P. TA. VENEZIA metro as well as walking distance to most places of interest. Safe area. Very clean and our room was really comfortable with our own bathroom, though the "shared bathroom" down the hall was also very clean. The owner is friendly and helpful. He even helped us carry our luggage downstairs after... More

Low price and good location are indisputable advantages. Not very comfortable, but close to all the places of interest. Smoking guests in the other rooms were terrible irritants (though smoking was prohibited). The owner is good-natured, obliging. If one needs just a roof and wants to save money – it will do.

Very good value for money, clean and cheap and not to far from the stations. I managed to book during the furniture expo in April, this makes hotel prices triple at least so try to avoid that week if possible. Owner very helpful and friendly

If you are used to travel in hostels, it's ok, even if the bed is too soft and even if the rooms are not very well soundproofed (if you want to sleep, pray that the other guests don't want a coffee at the machine, in the corridor). But the rooms are quiet. Mr. Andronaco is flexible for the time (arrival... More

The location of this hotel is good, I could walk to the Duomo from here in about 20 minutes. At 55 euros a night the price can't be beat in Milan. Room is clean and comes with a safe, en suite bath (standing shower), tv, desk, bath towels, free wifi, a city map. The owner Mr Andronaco was warm and... More
