We chose this hotel due its Tripadvisor rating and were not disappointed! We arrived late after a long day of driving and a real challenge finding the hotel after dark by car. The staff whisked our car away to a nearby lot, provided us with an upgrade to a top-floor suite with a fantastic view of the Duomo, and sent... More

I just stayed ten days at the Spadari and it was outstanding. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Shower is awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cappuccino and hot full breakfast were outstanding. My colleagues who were staying elsewhere in Milan came to hang out at the Spadari with me. It is a 5 min walk to the Duomo where there... More

Stayed here with my husband who was in Milan for business. I was only here for a couple of days, so did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. Our room was of a great size, and had complimentary bottles of Acqua Panna. The best thing about this hotel is its location! Just a couple of blocks from... More

For our stay in Milan, we wanted a central location that was close to a metro stop and other tourist attractions. We decided on Hotel Spadari, which is within a 5 minute walk to the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. I had made our reservations online and indicated that we would prefer a quiet room since we were on... More

I am a regular traveller for business and have stayed in many so-called five star hotels: some of them are, and some are not. When travelling to Milan recently, I stayed at Hotel Spadari and was entirely impressed. It exceeded all expectations. The staff is very professional and courteous, the breakfast was terrific and my room was spotless, comfortable and... More

I would normally have put 4 stars for this hotel. The fifth one is given because one might think that a hotel with such a location (it's really 1 min walk from the Duomo) would not care for service.... but they do. Warm welcome upon arrival. Quick check-in. The room was on the 6th floor and had a small balcony... More

The hotel experience itself was satisfactory: good location, friendly staff, generous breakfast buffet, free upgrade on arrival. However, I was shocked by the incompetence of the billing on check out. The first bill charged me for an item I did not use, so the staff member said she would cancel that transaction and start again. The second bill charged me... More

Please, let me remind You that the wrong charge has been written off just after the wrong debit as you agreed with the procedure. We have also attached on your hotel bill all the... More

I can not understand at all how this hotel has gotten such high reviews. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this one had the worst sound proofing of any hotel I've ever stayed in! As in, non existent. Must have paper thin walls. I don't enjoy listening to the people next door going to the bathroom but I... More

Walking in, we were greeted by a super warm smile from the receptionist. The friendly and courteous behavior was not limited to the front desk, but extended to the entire staff we were in contact with, and was probably the one thing that made our stay so remarkable and enjoyable. Apart from that, everything else was just great. The rooms... More

The hotel is just a a steps away from the Duomo, you could literally see the tip of the Duomo if you have a room with a balcony facing the this side of the street. We had a family room, and 2 standard rooms. The standard rooms are with the balcony and typically-sized. The family room did not have a... More
